Projector TV, internet, 2 queen beds, 2 dull baths, full kitchen and laundry room. Memory foam mattresses that are firm and one bed sits high. Pets are ok, but please keep them off the furniture. Separate entrance to a studio apartment with wifi, and Roku TV, very private, on the ground floor.
