Huge house. 4 big bedrooms. 2 nice size bathrooms. Kitchen was big either plenty of space. Close to beach access and zoo. Quiet neighbor. Restaurants and outlet stores close by. Would recommend staying here! Great host and we enjoyed our time here. Thanks!

I stayed at Donna’s place for 4 nights with my 2 dogs, and had a great, relaxing trip. The house was very clean and comfortable , and had everything I needed. The best part was the huge, fully (high) fenced yard and covered porch out back. Donna was also very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again!

It is the perfect place for our family with lots of space. We love the yard for the kids to be able to run around. It is also close enough to downtown to walk. Joe is very responsive and accommodating.

I met my family here for a birthday celebration. The house is stunning, with large windows overlooking two sand-dunes. The light plays through the trees in magical ways. It is so quiet and peaceful that we all slept well. There are so many places to play and relax - from the upper deck loft, to the hot-tub and lots of nooks to read and chill. There are all sorts of activities for kids - both outdoors and indoors. It was a transformative time for myself and our family! Nancy was a fabulous host - always friendly and helpful.

We had a quick stay but the house & location were perfect. They were extremely responsive & flexible when we needed to make changes (ended up having more people & changed locations). There’s so much to do in three oaks - we’d definitely rent from them again.

The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — we truly felt like we were at our own home. The host was responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay. The apartment was clean, very well furnished, and decorated so well! We really appreciate a fully stocked kitchen and having extras on hand for things that we might forget, like phone chargers and hair appliances. There were plenty of towels and linens and even toiletries. Rob was a great host. He even lent us a stroller when we forgot ours! How very kind. Checking in and out was very easy and having on-site parking was a plus. We would gladly stay again!

me and my fiance stayed just a few days and I didn’t want to leave! The space was even better than expected. Having almost everything you’d need to cook, plenty of towels, clean bedding. It was so clean and beautiful inside and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Felt just like home. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful as well. We will 100% be back!

I was there with 2 friends for a guys weekend and a Saturday Cubs game. The stadium was walkable and Terry was great. We had a small hiccup when checking in but was completely my fault. Terry was home and helped us get in. For what we needed it was perfect.

Convenient stay right outside of the heart of downtown Chicago! Easy to drive into town for the day. Very comfortable beds and very clean as well. Would recommend

It was exactly as it was pictured except the front door is adjacent to a beauty salon and a bit hidden at first. The place was immaculate - very clean and the kitchen in particular was excellently appointed. It is on the third floor in an older building so there are stairs. The building was quiet. With gated and lit parking provided nearby our vehicle was safe.

Under the category of actions speak louder than words, I have stayed at Allan's place about five times, and it remains my first choice when visiting Chicago.

Had a great time with friends and we were all able to comfortably hang out in communal spaces, get around the city. The bathroom to room ratio was ideal for a group of girls to get ready and the neighborhood made us feel safe walking around at all times of the day. Would recommend

It is so great beautiful kitchens and so much room . It’s walkable to get to food places and it’s so close to everything downtown. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
