Renta de casas vacacionales en Valverde Province

I had the pleasure of staying at two of Sonia's places over the past 8 months, first the 5 BR villa and this trip, the 4BR villa. My experience from the time of booking until the time to check out, was awesome. I love her places and this one is a gem. The location is top notch, there are so many things in walking distance or a short drive away, the life of the Dominican people are on full display on the 'Malecon' blvd, and the neighbors (both residents and businesses) are extremely friendly. Sonia's property is beautiful, it feels like home, it's private, and has all the amenities you need. All you really need are your suitcases, that's it. The staff made my stay effortlessly, I truly wish my time did not have to end. I highly recommend this property and all of her properties.

The villa was the perfect location for our networking incentive. We held our workshops in the spacious living room and had a wonderful afternoon program in the stunning surroundings. Also perfect activities for the four children who were with us. The hosts were extremely reliable and accommodated every request. We will definitely be back🙂

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this Airbnb in Santiago! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive. The space was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—modern amenities, cozy bedding, and a fantastic location that made exploring the vibrant city a breeze. The neighborhood was lively yet safe, with local eateries and cultural gems just a short drive away. I loved the thoughtful touches, like fresh coffee and helpful tips about Santiago’s hidden spots. This was hands-down one of my best Airbnb experiences, and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Dominican Republic!

Quiet location, very nice and spacious place.

La casa es hermosa y amplia, el área de la piscina nos encantó, solo tuvimos un inconveniente con el agua que llegó de muy mal olor es lo único que deben mejorar

Fácil de llegar buen ambiente, y todo tal cual en las imágenes buena asistencia y bien tranquilo. Un detalle no necesariamente de la villa si no de la zona es que hay muchos mosquitos en la zona y sería bueno algo para contrarrestarlos en las áreas abiertas .En las habitaciones todo impecable y no habían mosquitos !!!

I liked staying here a lot. It was close to my family’s house. The host was responsive, the place was clean. They even had a pitcher of water in the fridge. The AC was good. There was a colmado and a pica pollo place near by which was convenient if you want to get snacks. I will def recommend staying here.

Great host and perfect location in Mao. Her attention to detail was spot on, plenty of towels, extra blankets, acs that worked very well, washer/dryer and hot water. Home was spotless. Secure home with private parking on a dead end street 3 minutes to the supermarket. Couldn’t ask for more in an Airbnb.
