I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb property, and I can’t recommend it enough! The rooms were not only spacious but also exceptionally comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Each room featured its own ensuite bathroom, adding a layer of convenience and privacy that we truly appreciated. The common areas were large and impeccably clean, providing a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation or gathering with family and friends. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the amazing pool – it was the perfect spot for unwinding and soaking up the sun. Overall, this property provided an exceptional experience, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Petro was so friendly and helpful and attentive to all our needs. we had a small problem with electricity and she went out of her way to resolve it timeously and without any interruption to our stay. beautiful place and lovely and clean. wonderful pool and garden for the kids. a definite must visit for families.

The best stay we had with the kids, we felt right at home, so spacious yet cozy. The huge table for breakfast and dinners, the outside furniture for relaxing. It's everything we could've wanted. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back for this gem.

The place has immaculate view of mountains with pool in front. Clean and comfortable. A lot of mountain and beach trails are near by. Enjoyed the calm town of Hermanus.

Thank you Bruce for a truly wonderful stay, Whale Huys was an amazing stay. The location is stunning, absolutely everything you could want in terms of kitchen, electric blankets, gym and super luxury bedding! Our kids loved the pool. Had some great food out in Stanford, TJ’s in De Kelders and Cafe on the rocks. Shark diving nearby too was bucket list!

Absolutely amazing place that was just as described on the this platform. The house was so comforting and warm and had everything that we needed. Very spacious and peaceful. Would definitely be coming back here again. If I had to recommend something it would be that the pool be changed into a warm pool as the water was freezing and the sun does not reach this area. That being said I can't complain cz the garden was really a garden full of trees and plants. Simply bliss. Joanne our host was right on time and very friendly, bright smile and super helpful. Just a lovely person all round. Thanks for having us and we are eager to return again next year

We had a great stay at Sadie’s house. The house is as described. Beautiful garden and pool. Well equipped kitchen and nice linen. Sadie is responsive in her communication and she was flexible with a check-out time for us. We can highly recommend this house for you Hermanus stay.

Wat hebben wij genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige huis in Hermanus! Sally Ann nam van te voren al contact met ons op en heeft ervoor gezorgd dat ons verblijf in het huis prima is verlopen. Door een verbouwing aan de overkant klapte de wifi er uit, dit is echter snel opgelost. (Van de verbouwing heb je overigens totaal geen last). Het huis ligt op een mooie locatie op loopafstand van het strand. Verder is bijna alles in Hermanus 5 minuutjes rijden met de auto! Enige wat voor sommige mensen een minpuntje kan zijn is dat de buren 2 grote honden hebben die regelmatig blaffen. Wij vinden het niet erg maar zijn dan ook honden gewend! Voor Europese normen is het huis het geld waard, voor zuid Afrikaanse normen is het een dure huis! Wij hebben in ieder geval erg genoten en zouden zo weer terug gaan! Een dikke dank je wel aan Sally Ann!

We had a wonderful stay at Akwa house. There are plenty of spaces for the kids to relax and have fun while the adults could sit in the lounge overlooking the beautiful views. We loved the quiet location and family-friendly feel of the street. The kitchen was well stocked and we slept very comfortably in all the rooms. I would definitely recommend Akwa house to anyone looking for a great home right close to the beach.

Lovely stay in Vermont. It’s always great finding a dog-friendly place that is beautiful for humans and really dog-friendly - I.e. a secure back garden. It was a lovely home, great space, super amenities and well-located. Thank you - we will be back.

If you want a lazy time just come here. The location is amazing, right on a rocky beach with the waves crashing right in front of the patio. The house is very spacious, and all possible amenities were available. Getting to Hermanus, Pringle Bay and Gordon's Bay was easy - if you feel the need to drag yourself away from the peace of Dolphin House.

We had a wonderful stay at Wessel’s place! The house was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and perfectly located near the beautiful Voelklip beaches. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our stay! Misha’s place is gorgeous - even nicer than the photos. Came for a weekend with some friends and it’s the perfect house for that - spacious entertainment area and pool. It’s an easy walk to the beach and to the mountain path. Bed was super comfy. Ciska was friendly and lovely. Highly recommended!

Modern large apartment in a quiet area with lovely views of the sea and mountain. Were welcomed with Lindt chocolates and Easter eggs which was a nice touch. Gideon was a friendly and helpful host and we will definitely return when visiting Hermanus again.

Lovely home with excellent location close to the cliff path, Grotto Beach and Dutchies. Kitchen is very well equipped and caters to a lovely relaxed atmosphere and vibe. We had a great time however struggled with the sun in the mornings in the bedrooms with thin/shear curtains waking us up much earlier than we would’ve liked.

A charming home, immaculately cared for and clearly loved. Beautiful sea view and great security.

Definitely great for what we needed. Will definitely be back if we need space like that again. Lots of nice spaces for each of us to have a quiet spot when needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Leatitia’s place. Leatitia welcomed us warmly and we felt extremely relaxed and comfortable during our stay. The location is top class…walking distance to all the beaches within the Voelklip area. Long lazy afternoons enjoying the garden and Braai area. The snooker table was a wonderful fun addition. Beautiful comfortable house in great location, extremely well managed by Leigh and her staff. Everything went very smoothly and we had a wonderful time. The house is perfect for a big group, in a great location for the pleasures of Hermanus. The only negative I can think of is that a number of our party suffered from unusually strong allergies while staying in the house - this could have been some plant flowering on the mountain or in the garden, or it could be a reaction to pet dander or dust (we didn’t see much sign of the latter). If the house does have a pet living in it some of the time, would recommend a deep clean before holiday season or letting guests know beforehand. But this was a comparatively minor issue.

Lovely and well put together house in a fab location. 180 degree views of mountain and ocean. House is dry clean and well stocked with all you will need. There was even a beach umbrella and chairs. Recommend!

Absolutely loved the stay! Close to the beach and the town but still quiet and peaceful. We felt right at home and will definitely book again when traveling to Hermanus.
