Great place in a quiet, safe street two blocks from UE…. Host very accommodating and responsive….

I'll say it once and I'll say it again this is the host for Evansville, beautiful place to stay, gracious host, and a nice little hideaway that has a very immaculate charm I will forever recommend Brooke and Hasib's is well beyond worth the price.

Very spacious and included all accommodations listed. Beautiful place really and was definitely worth the price for how roomy the place is. Would most certainly recommend and stay again.

Beautiful historic district & historic home. Host was kind with local recommendations & quick response time. Bed was comfy, very clean space. Felt safe.

This is a quaint little place right downtown in Evansville. Easy access to everything especially for downtown dining and concerts/events. Great for a quick weekend getaway.

Rosie was the best host. Communicated with me quickly and I will definitely be staying again when I’m in town. Location is also perfect for anyone who is not familiar with Evansville.

I had a great stay, they were very accommodating and helpful. I stayed in another rental if theirs and some things came up and they immediately found me another rental and gave me same day check in! I would definitely stay with them again!

The place was nice & a clean . Very quite witch was a plus . Easy to work with & responded quickly to my messages . Over all it was nice & looking forward to staying again .

Brooke And Hasib were great hosts, humble and respectful. We have been communicating very well during our stay. When I had a request, they often agreed quickly. For example, I found that the hair dryer and vacuum cleaner were missing in the apartment, and when I returned to the residence that night, they were delivered to the door. I lived in this apartment for about six weeks. I liked this place and enjoyed my stay because the house was newly renovated, clean and tidy, and it is close to my daughter's house. It is also very convenient to go to Costco and Sam's for shopping. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to rent.

Had planned to stay for two days but that turned into 4! Absolutely in love with the place and I’m going to be finding an excuse to come back just so I can stay at this location for sure! Friendly hosts and very responsive! I felt safe ❤️

We have stayed in this building three times now, it’s perfect for going to events on haynies corner and we always feel safe walking in this neighborhood. Host are easy to contact and it’s home away from home.

We had a great stay at Sean’s place! The location was great, it was easy to get in and out, and the place was clean with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Sean was very responsive and friendly when we had wifi issues as well, which was appreciated! The only thing I would add is that if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs because the walls are pretty thin and we could hear footsteps/voices upstairs, but that doesn’t change my 5 star rating at all and I’d stay again in a heartbeat!

This is my third stay at Sean’s downtown digs. This is a great location, walkable to a great coffee shop, restaurants, downtown, and the Ohio Riverfront. The apartment itself is spacious and gets lots of natural light. With windows on three sides and plenty of fans it was cool and comfortable despite the warm outside temperatures. We didn’t even feel the need to use the window AC, although it was there should we have needed it. I will definitely be back.

Yet again a perfect and wonderful stay! Beautiful decor and extremely comfortable. Spotless clean as well. A 10 out of 10 rating!

This was the perfect location for our stay! We had great communication from Sean from the beginning. We even got a heads up that there was an issue getting to the parking area well before we arrived. The space was clean and cozy and perfect for 4 adults and a little dog. I highly recommend booking here!
