Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Unikt arkitekt ritat hus i Stockholms Skärgård, beläget 35 minuter från Stockholm City. Man tar sig till huset med bil, buss eller båt. Möjlighet till båtplats kan ordnas. Boendet erbjuder alla bekvämligheter och är något för livsnjutaren. Huset är byggt 2015 men har endast använts i tre år och upplevs därför som helt nytt. 150 meter till närmsta badplats. Ytterligare 3 badplatser finns på ön. Ön har en ångbåtsbrygga där man kan åka med Vaxholms båtarna in till Stockholm. Varmt välkomna!

The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.
