Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo su una collina circondata da uliveti e vigneti a soli 5 min da Collodi, 10 min di macchina dal centro di Pescia, 8 minu Supermercato , 7minu Treno , 20 min di macchina dal centro di Lucca e 40 da Firenze o Pisa. L'appartamento si divide su due livelli, zona inferiore con cucina e soggiorno open space, ampio ripostiglio e bagno; la zona superiore comprende le due camere da letto e il bagno principale. Parcheggio fino a 2 auto.

Bonita residencia independiente que forma parte de una villa más grande rodeada de un espacio verde cerrado. El alojamiento se encuentra a pocos minutos de Collodi (el país de Pinocho), en la frontera entre las colinas de Lucca y Montecatini Terme. Lucca está a sólo 13 km. Excelente apoyo también para visitar Florencia,Vinci, Pisa, Viareggio y Forte Dei Marmi. Poco antes de su llegada ofrecemos en privado una guía con los mejores restaurantes y los lugares más bellos de la zona para visitar.
