Nice place. When there was an issue with the original booked place Jack helped us relocate to a larger more convenient location. The apartment needs a full length mirror and it would have been good to have pillow cases on the pillows but overall clean and tidy and lovely little place

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The place itself was super comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed to feel at home. What really stood out, though, was the service. Robert was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I really loved the place, very spacious and have comfortable bed and couch. Very nice location as I only had to walk 20 mins to The Grove and is also walking distance to Beverly Hills Rodeo drive. Would recommend!

It was a great stay. Parking was great and large, unit was clean and perfect for two couples. The host did an amazing job at explaining how to get in the property if you follow the instructions.

Loved staying at this apartment. Central to the things we wanted to do, close to supermarket and coffee shop. Apartment was very modern and clean and worked well for the three of us. Adam was excellent to deal with, very responsive, and we really appreciated the clear video to find our way to the carpark! If we were to come to LA again I would definitely rebook. Oh my goodness my family and I absolutely loved staying in Shelly’s home. The first thing I noticed was how clean and pretty everywhere was, even the bathrooms were spotless, which made the clean freak inside me happy. We really appreciated how comfortable the beds were and that there were extra blankets, towels, linens, and toiletries. The kitchen was fully stocked as well with everything a family would need. My siblings and I loved that it took less than five minutes to walk to the beach, so we were able to go each day. Last but not least, I loved how safe and quiet the neighborhood and home was. The private driveway for our two cars to park gave us peace of mind at night. The check-in/check-out was so easy and smooth. Shelly was so nice, and her communication was proactive, so we were never left wondering what to do/when. Overall, we loved our stay and visit to Long Beach!

Great place, perfect location for us, nicely stocked with coffee etc, clean and comfy, beautiful outdoor spaces. Really recommend this spot, we would use it again for visiting family members.

Booked this for a group of staff and students to attend a conference and everyone was pleased with the location, accommodations, and furnishings. Would definitely recommend!

Hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Sarah’s place is a dream home, spotlessly clean, with the loveliest hosts and best quality everything - the polar opposite of the standard sterile Airbnb. (We felt like we were staying in a very stylish friend’s house!) The location is unbeatable - a short walk to great restaurants, shops and cafes on Ventura Blvd; beaches, Universal, Beverly Hills all within a quick drive. The best part was the home itself - light, bright, quiet, 5 bedrooms (2 interconnecting) and multiple different living areas, so plenty of space to spread out - huge eat-in kitchen, separate formal dining room, formal living room, cosy TV room (with huge cinema screen for movie nights!) and peaceful skylit sunroom - something for everyone. Super comfy beds, stunning bathrooms and a kitchen better than a magazine cover. Enclosed, private garden front and back with a lovely pool and outdoor kitchen. Run, don’t walk to Zenice!!! This place is even more magical in person. It has everything you could want and more! Truly one of the best stays we’ve had on a family trip. This place has something for everyone—board games, nintendo switch, electric bikes, sauna, hot tub, large projector, and well-stocked kitchen supplies! We were able to comfortably cook meals, have friends over, and walk to many nice spots in the neighborhood. It made for an amazing family spring break✨ Can’t recommend Zenice enough!

My husband and I stayed for a little over a month, and were really sad to leave. The place is large & airy and the location is unbeatable -- a few blocks from the ocean, a few blocks from Abbott Kinney, a few blocks to Whole Foods & the Santa Monica Farmers Market. Gjusta, a terrific bakery/cafe, is down the street, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. We used bikes to get around locally during the day (there are some in the garage, but we bought used ones at the bike shop on Main St. in SM) It was convenient having a garage, not just for our car, but also the bikes and all the beach stuff. Rachael and Bill were very friendly, and super quick to get the minor issues we had fixed (broken dryer door, and figuring out how to work the large screen tv). The house stays cool from the ocean breezes, so the lack of air conditioning was not an issue. It's rare (for us) that an Airbnb meets expectations, but this one absolutely did.

This was the most cozy AirBnb we've ever stayed in. I think between the comfy couches and how well decorated it is made it feel very home-y. The house was stocked with cleaning supplies and towels so we never felt we were in need. Hangers in every closet! We only wish it hadn't been rainy on our trip so we could have enjoyed the ping pong and movie theater inflatable screen in the backyard. The Super Bowl was on while we were there and the living areas provided great experience for the game. Location is fantastic, 5 minutes from the 405, 5 minutes from Westwood, got to Miracle Mile in 10 minutes....just a great neighborhood. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The studio is a perfect space to retreat to after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. Very convenient for parking access if you rent a car or have friend taking you around. Also the building is set in a great area of Hollywood that is more walkable and accessible if you don’t want to be in a car for the rest of your day. The space was very clean and comfortable to rest our heads. And outside the window is a nice view of the rooftop pool and a bit of the skyline. Unfortunately the pool/spa was under renovations during our stay. But will definitely book the space again in hopes that that perk will be availed next time. And lastly but not least , Nic is a great host who is very responsive, friendly and informative. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Me and my fiance LOVED staying at this cozy apartment in long beach. The location is perfect for exploring all of LA. On the days we didn't feel like going far or driving, it was great to hang out and explore the local restaurants/attractions. It had everything we needed, and the right amount of space. The host Jeanette was very responsive and helpful throughout everything. The parking wasn't as far as I thought it'd be, although having free parking alone was a great perk. Super cozy apartment, with a nice balcony view. I loved that this apartment had sun blocking curtains,as other rentals sometimes have none. I'd greatly reccomend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay,not too far from DTLA but also just far enough to have some peace. There are plenty of things to do nearby and the area itself seemed pretty safe. The host being attentive left a good impression on us as well. This is deff a rental we will be returning to on our next visit.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, um alle möglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, etc. zu besuchen. Der Appartementkomplex selbst ist sauber, modern und mit Pool, Fitnessstudio, einem Café und Supermarkt super ausgestattet. Das Appartement bietet ebenso alles, was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Bella und Alan lief super, sehr schnelle Antwortzeit und hilfreiche Tipps. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had such an awesome stay at Katie’s place in LA! The location was perfect — super close to everything we wanted to do with the kids. Katie was super responsive and easy to communicate with, and she even let us check in early. The house was clean, cozy, and had a really welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home right away. The kids had a blast with all the arcade games and other fun activities around the house, and we loved being able to fire up the BBQ.. It was the perfect setup for a family trip. We would absolutely stay here again next time we're in LA!
