This is our 3rd time staying at Joseph & Kelly’s place! It is always a pleasure! They make you feel right at home and are willing to help with any need! We love this place and plan to return very soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dana's cottage. It was very clean and comfortable with a kichen that had everything we needed to cook great meals. The neighbors were friendly and it was in a great location for enjoing all Ventura and the surrounding area has to offer!

**An Amazing Stay!** We had an incredible five-night stay at this wonderful Airbnb after our wedding, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The comfortable furniture and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We slept like babies in the super comfy bed! The neighborhood was fantastic, and we enjoyed surfing every day and indulging in delicious meals. You have to check out Malibu Brew Co and get a burger and a couple of beers. The hosts were exceptional—they clearly know how to run an Airbnb and made our experience unforgettable. This is definitely one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. I very highly recommend.

Our stay here was quick, but just what we were looking for—peaceful and quiet. Our family of six stayed, and one reason we chose it was because each of our four kids would have their own bed. No pillow barriers needed haha. Speaking of beds, these were the *most* comfortable ones we’ve used at an AirBnB. The space was comfy, inviting, and super cool. We loved looking at all the music industry memorabilia, too; what a neat legacy for Michele to share with her AirBnB guests! One thing to note: the place is a converted garage so it is cooled and heated with a mini-split. It wasn’t turned on when we got there, and we wish it had been because it was a pretty cold, drizzly night (December) and took a long time to heat up. So if you stay here, maybe request that it be turned on in advance of your arrival. I’m sure the property management wouldn’t mind at all because they were nothing but accommodating and welcoming. Our big family felt lucky to find this place to stay while in the area.

This was our third trip to Darrell’s place in 2 1/2 years. We just can’t get enough! Each trip we add another night to our stay. We’re already checking our schedule for a trip back in October! This guest house is a tiny home, packed full of everything you need. We enjoyed cooking on the little two burner stove top, extra blankets for lounging around on the outdoor bed, mini fridge holds a lot, toaster oven, space heater for the chilly evenings, tv with cable and WiFi. Our favorite thing about this place is the feeling we get when we’re here. We’re instantly at peace. It’s calm and serene. We enjoyed working on crafts at the picnic table under the trees, listening to the deep wind chimes resonate throughout the property. Birds and other wild life are active and brought life to the experience as well as the flow of the many water falls. Darrell is really friendly, and generous. We’re so grateful that he offers this space to us to rent. Looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing place & amazing host! My girlfriend & I had the best time! We can't wait to come back :)

My son and I had a wonderful month in Smitty’s cabin. The cabin is located next to the valley. It is beautiful, quite, and very interesting. Without going out, we have seen many kinds of birds and played daily with Norman(Smitty’s lovely dog). We were glad to know we are not far away from deers, bobcats, and bears in the valley beneath us. We were also very touched by the warm hospitality given by Smitty and his family. The environment was very warm, friendly, and peaceful. If you love nature and enjoy solitude, this is absolutely your place!

We had a wonderful time and loved the house! It was extremely clean and well-outfitted. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lovely home in a beautiful location!

George’s place was the perfect beach getaway! The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location can't be beat - just a short walk to the beach made it so convenient to enjoy the sand and surf. The host was welcoming and check-in was a breeze. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for an amazing beach vacation. Five stars all the way!

Wonderful stay. Wanted to get away from LA and have a nature focused time with my dogs. Felt right at home. Perfect little cabin!!

Unique little spot with amazing views. We were even able to get a bit of hiking in - Lisa gave us the inside scoop on how to walk from our lil trailer to the Topanga State Park trails. We spent some time in LA as well as Oxnard to go whale watching - couldn’t have been better situated to access all the good stuff and take some scenic drives (if you’re into that sort of thing). We are into that sort of thing. Well worth the money just for the atmosphere and nature (fell asleep to the croaks of the local frog population) though we didn’t see any. Comfy beds and restful sleep. Thank you!

Even before check-in Darryl was most helpful. He was very friendly and quick with his responses. Being my first time to California Darryl ensured I was aware of part of PCH being closed and an alternate route to take to the location. I can’t thank Darryl enough for being such an amazing host! Definitely recommend and when I’m back in the area will surely rebook a stay!

Tobias was a great host and the property was a whimsical antiquated cottage in a great location. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Easy access to the trails and mountains.

Nice cozy place

Perfect stay in Geraldine's cottage nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains. It was adorable! The house was clean, safe, comfortable and relaxing. Super close to Malibu and the freeway. Nice walk to the Old Place in the morning to grab a cup of coffee where I go to see some Peacocks. I will be back.

Absolutely loved our stay in Darren’s home. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a quick weekend trip. The backyard is also spacious and perfect for any pup! We also loved the community and that the house was walking distance to the town of Montecito!

Jen’s place was so beautiful and clean! The house had everything we needed for a peaceful Summerland getaway by the beach and was perfectly kid friendly for our toddler! We had such a great time and can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I had a great 2 night stay here. The house is super cute and clean. The kitchen was very nice and easy to use. The location is convenient, we were like 2 minutes away from all the awesome thrifting and coffee! Elizabeth is a wonderful hostess!

We enjoyed staying at Hanne’s place. The studio is cute, clean, and private. The back garden is lovely. We sipped tea at the table and chairs in the morning or sat on the grass. The location is ideal. A few blocks to great restaurants. Lovely teas are provided but no coffee, though there is a coffee pot. There are 2 single beds, so my boyfriend and I pulled the mattresses together on the floor at night to make one bed.

Excellent stay. My wife and I stayed there for 8 nights in late February and our experience was in line with the Airbnb add and reviews. Clean house, spacious, comfortable and practical for two people. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared most our meals there. Easy drive to town (6-8 minutes). The house is surrounded by cute little citrus ranches and beautiful houses. Tyler is a generous host and the house was stocked with amenities and goodies upon our arrival. Also of note, we had to do a number of zoom calls from the house and Tyler’s WiFi handled it without a problem. All in all a flawless stay, I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else upon my next visit to Ojai. Thank You Tyler for hosting us !

Great location, easy access to the beach and restaurants. spotless place

Wir waren super zufrieden. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage war super. Nachts war es sehr ruhig da die Unterkunft in einer Seitenstraße ist. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Parken konnte man direkt vor dem Eingang der Unterkunft. Für uns war es auch ein Pluspunkt, dass eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner vorhanden war. Wir würden diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen 😊

Chuck and Adrian were a great host. They were very easy to communicate and provided clear instructions. We absolutely loved the cottage - a very charming cottage in the Studio Village.

We stayed 1 month in this lovely cottage after our home burned down in the Palisades Fire as we looked for a new home. Sharon was lovely & friendly and the place was a peaceful and beautiful temporary home for us whilst we healed from our loss. Strongly recommended !
