This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. Owner on site, but you will have small home to yourself. The toilet is an odorless compost type toilet but does not require guests to clean or handle waste.

Beautiful fall/winter weather is here! Located on a hillside in the Tonto National Forest, this 24’ Tipi situated on a 30’ redwood deck, is luxury for the adventure driven. After a long day of hiking, hunting or off roading you’ll want a good nights sleep on a king size bed. Outdoor cooking area with water, toaster oven, air fryer and gas grill. Keurig and hot water kettle inside tipi. Two space heaters and a small fan. 50” TV, DVD player, CD/Bluetooth and turntable for music.

Our 1956 Cardinal is a vintage glamping dream come true! Cozy and comfortable with a cushy bed (halfway between a single & a double), twinkle lights, and plenty of soft pillows and blankets, it's a playhouse for grownups! The camper sits in its own corner of our property, next to the vegetable garden. Our property is a hilltop acre of shade trees and fruit trees, with a koi pond and small spring-fed creek. You'll enjoy beautiful views, overlooking the nearby mountains. .
