Mit Greta hatten wir eine tolle Gastgeberin. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Ihr Haus / die Unterkunft ist sehr außergewöhnlich, sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Von der kleinen Terrasse aus hat man den Blick aufs Meer. Nachts hört man die Brandung. Sehr Bequem war auch der Stellplatz im Haus. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen !!!

David's place is a wonderful, family friendly, comfortable spot. Well stocked kitchen. Great access to the coastal path and easy access into town. We'll be back!

We love going to Kleinmond every December and this place was a perfect fit for our family. It is central to major shops and walking distance from the main beach. We will definitely go back!

Ethan is a great Host! We stayed at the wildflower studio in Hermanus and it was lovely! We would come there again! Marianne, the owner of the studio is a helpful, heartwarming person with a really fast respond time. Even if the studio connects to the garden (which is beautiful) it’s very private and you have your own little backyard It was great, we recommend!

My husband and I stayed at The Birdhouse for our 22nd wedding anniversary weekend. We love it there. Everything in the garden and accommodation is so thoughtfully and tastefully arranged, down to the smallest detail. The peaceful, aptly-named Birdhouse is a perfect base from which to explore Stanford. It was an easy walk from the house to the river and through the village to the Saturday market and various shops along the main road like Stanford Kitchen (where we had delicious coffees and the best pastéis de nata), Klein River Cheese Shop (where we tasted several cheeses, including an amazing oak-smoked Stanford), and Madre for a wonderful Sunday breakfast. It was great to braai when we arrived on Friday night. We slept very well in the total dark on a very comfortable bed. The hot shower works well. Kitchen well-equipped. Saturday night we drove to Springfontein Wine Estate, less than ten minutes away, for a superb dinner. Service was excellent there - and everywhere in Stanford.

We had such an incredible stay at Rene's place! Great location, clean, and really kind and helpful host. We loved the outdoor shower! Walking distance to the rock pools and beach and a short drive to Hermanus and the town. We can't wait to come back to visit.

We felt at home within moments of arriving. It was a beautiful experience that we will cherish for a lifetime.
