Great place and great view

Our trip exceeded all expectations. The home was beautiful inside and comfortable with such high quality amenities. The kitchen has stocked up with any utensils and pans you'd need. The hot tub was great and had a beautiful view to look out at. This is a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

We loved this property!! We appreciated being able to bring our pups with us and enjoy the scenery!! We absolutely loved the hot tub and to be able to enjoy the sunset from the porch. Highly recommend this property.

Spent two nights here with my husband. Kari was friendly and the accomidations were great. She had everything we needed to make our meals, even down to the digital thermometer for our steaks. The highlight of our trip was watching eagles fly around while the sun was setting, all while relaxing in the hottub. Not to mention the breathtaking review of the River Valley. Truly beautiful, peaceful and private. We look forward to returning!

Honey Bear Acres did not disappoint! We had such a wonderful time in this peaceful, beautiful cabin in the woods! We felt right at home here! The cabin was very clean and organized! Emma was a great host! She had great local recommendations and got back to us super fast when we had questions. Check in and out was super easy and the house rules were very reasonable. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and can’t wait to come back! Definitely 5 star 🌟 Airbnb!!!

Absolutely stunning location! Sunsets, stargazing, hot tubbing, all in a very quiet and peaceful location. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed. As someone who cooks a lot, that's saying something. I particularly appreciated that when I realized I left several basics at home. The internet was strong enough to stream a TV show. The pictures didn't do justice to the steepness of the driveway, but in a RAV4 I had no problem making my way up! Definitely heed that warning! We can't wait to come back.

We found the Glory cabin in Readstown absolutely wonderful! It’s cozy, beautifully decorated, and surrounded by peaceful nature. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The view from the porch was breathtaking, especially at sunrise. It was the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Highly recommended—we would love to come back! In September 2025. Thank you Glory.

The cabin is in a beautiful location and the huge front space was so great for the dogs. I really appreciated her ease of check in and her prompt response time. She was flexible with us regarding our check out time and that was hugely appreciated . This was our second time at the cabin and will always recommend

Staying here was a great experience. Stoddard is a nice little community, situated in a beautiful part of the country, an easy drive to La Crosse. Ryan is a great host, and the house was as described, beautiful, clean, with nice amenities and a great view overlooking the river.

7 girls on their 1st ever girls trip to a remote cabin in the woods.... 10/10 recommend! The drive there was beautiful, lots of wildlife to see, even on the property. The cabin is just like the pictures. There are the bare essentials as far as kitchen/bathroom supplies, but this isn't the ritz, its a cabin. There is quite the eclectic taste of knick knacks everywhere throughout the cabin. It was fun fiding different treasures througout the weekend and even sometimes comical. We unfortunately were not able to use the hot tub because it was being replaced but the hosts worked with us on ways to compensate us to make up for it. I've never met Charity but after having one conversation with her on the phone, she felt like my best friend after! We enjoyed reading, walks, plenty of games, Bob Ross paintings on the patio and laughing until we were crying. We only had one close encounter with a rabbit upon our arrival but we all fared well in the end! We will definitely be trying to come back!

Cabin has a rustic look and feel, yet modern and comfortable. Beautiful setting. A nice quiet getaway.

I can’t live this cabin more! We’ve stayed twice, brought our dog and just love the solitude and all the cleared paths. So secluded! The cabin is smallish, but incredibly comfy, great beds/bedrooms, screened porch, huge fire pit and all the necessary amenities. Stylish too! If you long for nature and solitude, this is the spot for you! Seen- a done beaver dam, bald eagles. and lots of birds. Viroqua is a 20 minute drive with a small amount of delicious places to eat & get groceries & provisions. We didn’t have a reservation for the James Beard award winning Driftless Cafe, but loved food at Maybe Lately’s! Fresh baked bread & squeezed juices. Soo good! The Co-op had natural foods & ingredients. Everyone fresh-faced and cheerful. It’s like homey, forward thinking community. Mr.G’s has great outdoor wear and friendly service. Had an outstanding Bloody Mary at Gassers’s and though we didn’t eat there, they were selling pizzas for pick-up.

This property is in a peaceful setting with a great home. Log cabin with completely new interior and clean. New furnishings throughout with everything you need. Great communication with quick responses!! Loved it. We’ll be back!!

Josh has a Jewel that's stunning and is located right on the Mississippi River. one the best locations we have ever stayed at. We will be back!

I rented Rodney's cabin Vireo for a girl's weekend with my daughter and my friend and her daughter. We arrived on Friday when it was beginning to snow. The driveway is long and very steep so we were thankful to be in an all-wheel drive vehicle-a Subaru (in the snow I don't think a vehicle without AWD would make it up the driveway). The cabin is nestled atop a ridge and is absolutely beautiful. It was incredibly cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We hiked and cross country skied on the trails on the property. We overall had a really lovely stay. The only tricky part was how steep the driveway was with snowy weather making the cabin difficult to access. If there wasn't any snow or you have a larger 4 wheel drive vehicle it wouldn't be an issue. We would return and would love to see the property in the summer! Thanks Rodney for a really wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at the Cabin. Steve was an excellent host. He was proactive in contacting us and making sure we had all questions answered prior to arrival. Steve was present at check in and gave us a great run through on the cabin and sauna. The cabin was very tidy and cozy. We loved the fireplace, beautiful backdrop and the sauna. We had a great time exploring the Driftless area and can't wait to come back!
