This place is perfect! A true piece of paradise in southern Florida! My wife and I were looking to spend a relaxing, anniversary weekend, sitting back, with no agenda, just enjoying some privacy, surrounded by nature. We got exactly what we were looking for here. The property is beautiful! Trees, plants and flowers everywhere. Everything was maintained perfectly. We had a fire pit, tiki hut, hammocks, hot tub, kayaks, and the entire pool to ourselves while we were there. We spent quite a bit of time just sitting out on the boat dock in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the cool breeze and watching the wildlife. There is a TV in the tiki hut that you can watch while relaxing in the hot tub or sitting at the bar having a glass of wine. Inside you have plenty of everything that you need to feel like home while you're there. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extra toiletries in the bathroom in case you left anything behind. We highly recommend this place and will plan another visit for sure

Great place to have fun. We, including 6 years old son enjoyed beach, pool, tennis, golf pickleball.. everything. The facility itself is also very peaceful.

My grandfather and his girlfriend came down for the week and loved everything about this place. It was exactly what they were looking for and would be very happy to stay here again the next time they come back to Florida! The host was also very communicative when I needed to reach out!

My husband and I loved the location and water views here! The queen foam mattress is very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed, including spices, which was helpful. It was in the 90's some days, and one side of the house doesn't get air conditioning very well, but the extra fan provided helped. We liked the high ceiling in the living room and the spacious feeling. The whole place has a welcoming, cozy feel to it, with many books, games, 3 TVs, etc. It was too hot to sit outside, but the large table and chairs looked inviting. The gas grill worked well one night. A family of four might have challenges with where to unpack clothing, but the closet in the hallway had a few hangers. There's a dresser in the 2nd bedroom. Overall, it was a great stay! It was our 6th time staying at Nettles Island, and Sid & Diane's place is our new favorite!

This was the perfect vacation beach house complete with a pool and hot tub! Best stay we have had in our favorite neighborhood! We would like to come back and highly recommend this house for a stay!

Great place, great value. Felt right at home and the setup is functionally quite private. You’re right on top of the beach and can hear the waves but the sand and scrub rises just high enough that the back yard area remains private and isn’t directly visible from the public beach itself. Best of both worlds for sure! The elevated deck was a favorite spot to sit in the evening and the house had all the amenities to make this into our beach home away from home for a week. Our 18 month old loved the house too. Any rocket launches would be visible from the house itself or the beach beyond. We opted to make the short drive to Kennedy Space Center to halve the distance to the launch pad, and saw a rocket launch while we were in town. Now that I’ve seen one closer up I’d happily watch from the house next time. Good chance we’ll be back!

Cozy, clean, and quiet. I was very comfortable here for the week I spent. It was a really great place to be able to return to after a long day at work or out and about. Very well appointed and had everything I needed to feel at home. I really enjoyed the fire pit and relaxing outside in the beautiful weather. Doug was a terrific responsive host and was right there if I needed anything. Would be very happy to stay here again on a future trip.

Our stay was perfect! It’s a quick walk to a beach that felt so private and cozy! The beach allows leashed dogs, but since there wasn’t many people around, we were able to let our pups enjoy themselves off of the leash for stretches of time! The locals are so kind, too. We watched the sunrise one morning on the beach, but there is a perfect sunset view just a brief drive away! We found a little beach fishing area for the sunset when we were on our way to the nearest Walmart/Publix! It’s a stunning, wide skied, beachside view of the sunset. Gorgeous! Not to mention our place was perfect, we loved the pool too and very much appreciated the fenced in yard for the pups! The host was kind enough to leave a little note with treats for our babies, by that we mean our pups lol! We loved the beds and enjoyed the TV’s in each room, so easy to relax and unwind anywhere in the house. It was clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for a perfect, amazing stay!

This was the perfect location off the beach to stay for our week long baseball trip. 8 minutes from the Jackie Robinson complex and less than 15 minutes from the beach. The place was clean and well stocked and Maria was very responsive in answering any questions we had. If our school makes another trip to Vero Beach we will be looking to stay here again!

We loved our stay at Cliff’s house — to be in Florida tucked away near a state park and surfing beach was perfect for our family. The house was well equipped and comfortable and a very short and pleasant walk to the beach. We saw lots of lizards, manatees at a nearby park, and even an armadillo. We kept saying “how lucky is he to live here and for us to get to visit” all week.

Sparkling clean, comfortable and matched the photos exactly! We were traveling with our kids and dogs to watch the Space X launch and this place was perfect. What really sets this place apart is the location. The beach is a very short walk away and the 8th street location is even dog friendly. Great food and shopping is nearby. Wonderful stay. Thank you!

The location was great. Only a couple blocks from the beach, maybe three blocks from jetty Park, restaurants and bars. It was great to be able to take the dogs. Full Backyard was fenced in. Second bathroom. Shower is a little small, but there is an outdoor one and a main bathroom. Everything was as described. Would definitely stay again.

Such a tranquil and lovely stay. Very family friendly. Quiet at nights. My toddler loved the front yard. Has all amenities in kitchen and for beach trips. Easy drive to the beach, Kennedy Space Center, supermarkets, and restaurants. Host is very hospitable. Hope to return again.

This house was nestled in its own little private oasis! Although there were neighbors nearby, the home and dock area felt very private and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Can't say enough about our stay! We booked sooooo last minute, and Nancy was still able to accommodate us. The house was better than described. I read a couple reviews that the house was quirky because it has a studio attached to the main home, but for our family of 5, this was perfect! My wife and I enjoyed spending time in the attached studio, and our kids loved having the run of the main home area. It's a short block to the beach, which was never too crowded. We liked to head over to the lifeguard area, which was a little busier, but within better distance of Coconuts for some solid takeout. After the beach, we had family dinner on the spacious deck, or took a short walk to the local restaurants up the block. Coming from the Jersey Shore, Cocoa Beach really felt like home away from home. The house itself was spotless, had plenty of cooking supplies, towels, soaps, etc. Everything we needed really! And Nancy's tips for watching the shuttle launch were spot on! Can't wait to go back.

The place was more than I needed and a great price. Was extremely clean and well stocked. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to downtown Jensen Beach. I stay in Airbnb’s all over the world for work and this was one of my best experiences to date

An absolutely fantastic place to stay! The house is beautiful and provides the comforts of home. The hosts are responsive and very friendly. The town has everything that you would need! I would stay here again if I ever go back and would recommend it to everyone!

We loved our short stay with our twin girls and 3 dogs here. The house is comfortable and close to everywhere we wanted to be - the beach and parks. The beds are great and the house is well stocked. It is quiet and relaxing to sit out on the dock. We used the kayaks and threw in a line. Will be back visiting and staying here again! Great location, house and hosts.

Loved how peaceful and clean it was!

This was our very first stay at an airbnb - we've been hesitant because of how many horror stories we've heard about. I read Marnie's reviews and she seemed like a good host and her cottage looked clean and exactly what we were looking for. We went ahead with the booking and hoped for the best. We're so glad we did! Marnie was very easy to talk to and amenable to our request for extra blankets (sadly, it was cold at night when we stayed and we don't usually bother with turning on the heat unless it's really cold). The cottage was no frills but clean and comfortable. We planned on spending our time walking around and at the beach, so we weren't looking for luxury accomodations. That said, we were very happy with our stay and the price was right. If you're looking for good value for your money and a nice, clean place to spend the nights on your trip, this is the place for you. Thank you, Marnie for making our first airbnb experience a great one.
