This house was absolutely incredible—beautifully designed, spacious, and full of character. Every detail felt thoughtful, from the cozy, stylish interior to the way natural light filled the rooms. The backyard and pool area were the real showstoppers, though. It felt like our own private oasis—peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing or snapping a few unforgettable photos. Whether you’re spending time indoors or outside, the whole place just has this calming, luxurious vibe. Overall a great place to stay even if just for the patio! Our stay was for 2 weeks in February. It actually was warm enough (80°) for a quick dip in the pool. -Bed was incredibly comfortable…and I am super picky about mattresses! And pillows! We both slept really well. -Very clean -Bathroom - shower appears small but actually quite roomy. -Extremely well stocked kitchen. -Very quiet neighborhood - my husband was able to work on the patio, also great neighborhood for walking -Patio - great covered area as well as area for sun. Pool is super clean. -Close to shopping - grocery store less than 5 min away -So many extras are supplied…toilet paper, coffee pods, trash bags, cleaners, pool towels, and more We may make this an annual trip!

Pirate House was wonderful. Big backyard pool, cleaned once a week. Hot tub and ping pong table on back patio with spacious grill. Game room has pool table arcade game and shuffleboard. Huge kitchen, nicely furnished and large dining room. Three comfortable bedrooms and three full baths. Highly recommend. Host responsive to questions. Our grandkids, 9 and 11 thoroughly enjoyed their time here. 15 minutes from beautiful south beach on Atlantic. Boogie board and beach chairs provided.

Everything about the Stanford House of Stuart was perfection. Nicole truly thought of everything to ensure a wonderful stay. Beautiful home and backyard, very peaceful and serene. We also loved all of the backyard games and activities. The house is also very pet friendly and Nicole made sure our dog was pampered. We will absolutely book again in the future.

We were in the area for a work trip. Joshua's place was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the pool table in the garage after working some long days. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Maritza’s place was amazinggg. It’s truly bigger than the picture lead on. The setup was very nice and it felt very home like. It was very safe in the area as well. On arrival it was kind of hard for me to find the place but that’s because I arrived pretty late and it was dark. When you see “10025” you go up those steps and the place is on the second floor. That one little direction helped so much because I didn’t know that at first. Communication was excellent with our host. All the linen was properly washed and smelled really good. I will be booking with Maritza every time I come down to Port St. Lucie if possible. Thank you so much for having us & trusting us with your place.

Enjoyed our stay. My family enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and fishing from the dock. The neighbor across the road is just lovely and helpful. Would stay again.

Beyond my beach-front expectations! Location is literally on the beach. There’s a deck overlooking the ocean with stairs to the beach. Hosts live on-site so are handy for anything you may need, yet they give you your privacy. Place was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable with good pillows too. Lots of soft towels & wash clothes! A/c worked great and a fan provided perfect noise to sleep to. We used the beach chairs & umbrellas every day. I can’t recommend Marlene & Sherman’s place enough!! We will be back next year!!

Property was just as described. Marlene is a wonderful host and it is a beautiful property. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely book again.

Very family friendly and easy walk to the beach.

Our first time in Melbourne, and it was a welcome surprise. We originally selected Patty's Upstairs Apartment (South) in Historic Home because my wife was really intrigued by the look of it. And what a comfortable space it is! I appreciated that it wasn't too far from my favorite beaches further south. We stayed for two full weeks. During our time, we made good use of the kitchen and the back patio. And the excellent assortment of books! I found Melbourne to be surprisingly quiet, especially when compared to some other neighboring cities. This property is only a few minutes walk from the historic downtown. And me, not usually the outdoorsy type, even found a wetlands hike that I and my wife both enjoyed. We discovered it was easy to get around town, there was plenty to keep us busy, parking was easy, and the weather was great. Even more, our hosts were attentive and very kind. If we do return to Melbourne some day, this would be our first choice.

Great spot by the Melbourne beach. Just walk across the street (crosswalks available) and you're there! You can rent lay-out type beach chairs with giant umbrellas a little further down the beach, just bring cash and give them a random (fake) room number lol. There is a full-size fridge and a microwave, but not much else in the kitchen (kinda set up like a huge hotel room) so if you prefer to mostly eat out and eat cold stuff from the fridge this is the perfect spot for a very reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend to weekend stay there. Our favorite eating/bar spots to visit were Squid Lips...and especially The Shack. The Shack has great vibes and everyone there is just there to have a good time, I suggest trying the strawberry daiquiri if you like sweet. If you love amazing pizza and cheesy bread I highly suggest this small eat-in pizza joint "Straight Outta Philly" Melbourne, 4250 N Wickham Rd. I picked it because they had the best internet picture, did not dissapoint!

This place is very clean, cozy and convenient. It is close to the beach. Publix Supermarket and Fresh Market are with in walking distance. Having a washer and dryer was also great. Nicole answered promptly when I need to reach her and was super friendly.

We had a much needed, relaxing vacation in Yusmany’s condo. The place is well equipped and we especially appreciated the variety of beach towels and equipment since we expected to have to purchase our own. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch and the proximity to the beach, pool and condo restaurant. Thank you!

Great spot right on the beach. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. Only issue was a beach dredging project right out back but there’s nothing the owner can do to control that. We just parked down the street at 14th and it was really easy. Did see a few black racer snakes too which was cool/scary. Beach was clean and very quiet with only a few people on the beach. We also saw a space x star link launch which was really cool and the kids loved it. Overall great place to stay away from the more touristy section of Cocoa Beach. Lots of great restaurants to choose from too

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

We are a family of 4 and stayed for 4 nights. A great sized and well equipped apartment. Perfect location being a few minutes walk to the beach and a stunning sea view from the great sized balcony. We loved exploring the local area and enjoying the pool and beach. The owner is responsive to questions and helped with local restaurant recommendations. We all loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

The host was proactive. The place has direct beach access , steps away from the back porch. The rooms have beach view and loved the ocean view every morning. The pool was great. Place is nice and clean and quiet. We had an amazing family visit and would love to go back.
