We loved staying at Erin’s place! It was my first time in Birmingham and it was just the perfect spot for my partner and I. We went to a show at a local brewery just up the street and this was the perfect place to stay. Such an adorable, peaceful neighborhood and so close to so many restaurants, breweries, and shops. The airbnb was absolutely adorable - honestly better than the photos! Beautifully decorated, super thoughtful touches, easy street parking, so easy to access. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Birmingham!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Birmingham, this is your place! A quiet getaway where you’re SO close to all that B-Ham has to offer (only 15-20 minute drive to great coffee, food and hikes) without having to stay downtown! This was a great place for our family to relax and unwind after a day out and about. Cozy, peaceful, comfy beds, lots of fun books, etc! Laura & Caleb were wonderful hosts & so friendly!

As a woman traveling solo, this place made me feel very safe and comfortable! The area was very peaceful, and no one can enter the building without a key fob. The building is also located two streets down from the market at pepper place which i loved! The microfiber cloths in the bathroom changed my life!! I ordered some as soon as I left. Overall, the space is small, but perfect for one to two people. The huge sliding door and furniture placement perfectly opens the space up so it doesn’t feel claustrophobic. I felt right at home, and for the price??? Recommending to anyone I know.

Very clean place, has everything you need, nice view out the back, and thoughtful touches throughout. I appreciate the games indoor and out for all ages to play, that was a nice surprise. I would like to go back in the fall when we can spend more time outdoors and see the colorful foliage surrounding the area.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. My son was competing in the NJROTC Orienteering National Championship at nearby Oak Mountain State Park. David's place was close to everything, but somehow felt miles away. David came to greet us after we arrived. He was attentive and responsive to our needs and concerns. There was a line of powerful storms coming across the southern half of the US during our stay, which was causing tornadoes. He called to let us know where storm shelters in the area were if needed. Fortunately for all they were not necessary. The cabin had everything we needed and, as advertised, nothing we didn't. No tv, no internet. It was nice to disconnect from everything for a bit. At one point the neighbor's dog "Lizard" came and sat with me on the porch for a bit. She got some sausages for her trouble. David made the checkout process extremely simple. My wife and I would certainly stay again if ever in the area. Thank you allowing us to stay David, we appreciate it.
