Du kommer til ferdig oppredde senger, samt håndklær. Husvasken ordner jeg når dere har sjekket ut. Men husk å vaske opp. Hytta består av en stue/kjøkken med sovesofa (140 cm) samt et stort soverom med contenenttalseng (180 cm) og en sovesofa (160cm). Small cabin by the lake. Perfect for a getaway from the modern world. Great for relaxing, hiking, fishing, mushrooms and berry picking and swimming. Guests can use the canoe at own risk. There are sheep grazing in the fields and a very special flower meadow. There is a outside seating area with a simple bbq. New bathroom with shower and toilet in the barn. Sauna can be rented for additional cost. Ps. there is no running water in the cabin, this is available few meters away, in the barn.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
