Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Jolie petite maison ds un très GD terrain clos avec une belle maison en face avec plusieurs locations. Fonctionnel, de quoi cuisiner niveau ustensiles. Prévoir des serviettes de bain en plus pr la piscine. Rien est clos ou fermés à l'extérieur entre les locations (lieu idéal pour organiser un séjour familal, cousinade ou entre amis, le cadre si prête) avec cette belle piscine (totalement clôturée par sécurité) bcp de place autour, ce n'est pas dérangeant si on est plusieurs, transat, elle est nettoyé ts les jours. Cadre très verdoyant avec les bêtes de la ferme ( poneys, ânes, cochons, vache et son veau, etc...) aux alentours et les sangliers. Juste pr info c'est encaissé , pas de vue mais ressourcant car ds la nature. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Giancarlo qui est très réactif au message mais ns avons rencontré son fils avec sa petite famille qui sont très sympathiques, donnent des conseils et renseignements, ilsi aiment les échangent. Villa poggetto was a beautiful and quiet retreat. Our family used it as a base for seeing other parts of Tuscany and hired a car so it was perfect. It has basic amenities and the pool is in great condition. Only critique is the doors don’t lock well (not really a concern as the area is quiet) and as it is rural there are animals around such as mice and cute local cats. Gastone was a great host who allowed us to check in at 11pm when we were running late. He is very responsive and kind.

Ginevra was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication was smooth and prompt. Nice place, surely recommended!

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Besonderes Highlight der Unterkunft war der Pool, den besonders die Kinder jeden Tag ausgiebig genutzt haben. In der Umgebung gab es viel zu sehen und zu erleben, alles war mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank! :-)

Amazing place in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the countryside. Climate cottage equipped with everything you need. Together with our dogs we felt like at home. Bruna is an incredibly warm and helpful person. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 9 Freunden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war wunderschön und grün. Ein toller Pool und viel Platz ganz für sich alleine. Alles exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. In der Nähe sind mit dem Auto viele schöne und günstige Restaurants erreichbar. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Amanda war sehr freundlich und war immer schnell erreichbar bei Fragen.

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von den Eltlnern von Jaccobo herzlich empfangen. Lorella war sehr hilfsbereit, was wir insbesondere schätzten als mein Freund mehrere Tage mit Fieber im Bett lag und einen Arzt aufsuchen mussten. Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Sitzplatz gross und von fremden Blicken geschützt. Ruhige Lage ohne Strassenlärm.

Perfekt vært. Virkelig et lækkert sted. Perfekt til afslapning. Hvis du bruger Google Maps, skal du bare fortsætte ca. 500 m op ad vejen efter Google mener, at du er ankommet.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Perched on a mountain, the property offers stunning views over the countryside, with gorgeous gardens and an authentic Tuscan feel throughout. The villa itself was spacious, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was perfect — peaceful and private, yet central to many of the places we wanted to visit, including Florence, Montepulciano, Siena, and San Gimignano. Christina, our contact person, was a great communicator. She was also on time, very helpful and pleasant to be around. She provided us with great insights about the area and the property. The location was excellent for us to use the e-bikes that we rented. We had breathtaking rides around the area. There was an excellent grocery store, Conrad’s in Bucine with a very tasty restaurant in the same Plaza. It was the perfect rustic home base with lots of charm the Tuscan experience for exploring the region, and we would absolutely stay again

Ampio appartamento luminoso, molto comodo e curato. Arredamento un po' antiquato, ma assolutamente ben tenuto. Pulizia ineccepibile. Molto vicino sia alla spiaggia che al centro, a due passi dalla Coop, ma sotto casa ci sono forno, bar e alimentari. Sito ad un primo piano comodo (due brevi rampe di scale) con accesso autonomo dalla strada. Facilità di parcheggio nella strada sotto casa, gratuito. La notte è veramente tranquillo e silenzioso. Biancheria extra, su richiesta, non disponibili eventuali facilities per bambini, quindi bisogna attrezzarsi. La signora Valeria è a due passi ed è molto disponibile. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Aufenthalt bei Yasmine & Giovanni. Die Unterkunft bietet ganz viel Ruhe, eine toll ausgestattete Küche, einen wunderschönen privaten Garten und eine sehr angenehme und naturbelassene Umgebung. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Dusche hatte einen super Wasserdruck und im allgemeinen war das Interieur sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Nous avons adoré ce séjour chez Giovanni, tant par la douceur du paysage Toscan, que par l’alliance de simplicité et de goût de la maison et l’accueil chaleureux de Giovanni, Gisèle et Elmar. Ce séjour a été paisible et ressourçant malgré la très forte chaleur de la saison et la présence d’insectes qui témoignent aussi du bel écosystème environnant !

Sehr schönes kleines Haus, super Küche, sehr schöne Terrasse, sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende vor-Ort-Betreuung, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin, würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Era la nostra prima volta a Castiglione. Padrone di casa (mamma e figlia) gentilissime, accoglienti e disponibilissime. Posto meraviglioso, lontano dal caos cittadino ma a poca distanza dal mare, immersi nella natura e nella pace. Alloggio spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario all'interno e all'esterno con sdraie, ombrellone e tavolo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Grazie ancora di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Paolos Haus. Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch und Paolo ist sehr freundlich und hat super schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Vor allem der Sonnenuntergang ist spektakulär von der Unterkunft aus.

Wir wurden von Girogio sehr herzlich empfangen. Es sprach ausschließlich italienisch, leider kein Englisch. Wir haben uns trotzdem über die wesentlichen Punkte verständigen können, nur für die telefonische Verabredung zum CheckIn brauchten wir Hilfe von einem Italiener. Das Appartement ist super gelegen und sauber, der Blick auf die Bucht und die sehr ruhige Lage sind traumhaft. Hier kann man herrliche Sonnenuntergänge bei einem Glas Rotwein genießen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, wir haben uns fast jeden Tag selbst versorgt und nichts vermisst. In dem Restaurant unten am Strand bekommt man sogar eine kleine Ermäßigung, wenn man dort angibt, dass man von Giorgio kommt. Sein Neffe arbeitet dort. :-) Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Giorgio!!! Das waren tolle 8 Tage!

La Selvolina is een geweldige plek om te relaxen en te genieten van de omgeving, maar ook van het heerlijke zwembad. Het huis is fijn, de keuken heel volledig. Alles is aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf. Bij vragen werd er altijd snel en heel vriendelijk gereageerd, wat we als heel prettig en welkom ervaren hebben. La Selvolina is een heerlijk rustige plek, ongeveer 30 minuten lopen (berg op) of 5 minuten per auto naar Roccastrada. Met wat geluk zie je reeën in de tuin en hoor je ‘s nachts de uilen. Het is wel raadzaam om een SUV te hebben, omdat de weg niet verhard is.

We enjoyed the time in a big, beautifully furnished house, which consists of 3 independent units, the one downstairs being a great commonplace for whole group. The host was very nice, helpful and communicative. Our two dogs loved the big, fully fenced garden with lots of space for seating and enjoying the views of Scarlino. We would definitely choose this house again in the future.
