We have stayed in this community many MANY times. I will say this.... You can't beat the location! The views and accessability to the beach, pool, parking was phenomenal! The beach toys and extra fans were great! The artwork in the unit was awesome and the owners brought a new table for the patio that was really nice! On the other hand.... this not the most updated condo, not the best equipt kitchen, and not the comfiest beds we have ever had in this community. For the extra money we would likely choose another unit next time.

Ashlee’s place was exactly what we needed to spend the holidays with our family in Laguna Niguel! The location was prefect, her place was comfortable and beautifully decorated.

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

We had the BEST time at Chase’s place. We loved the island itself, but felt very lucky to find such a fun and personable place that was full of character and wonderful amenities. We loved the hot tub, the beach items, the games, the office capabilities, the yoga items, the great water pressure, and on and on. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Chase!

This was a beautiful experience from start to finish. The house was beautifully decorated and there were so many small touches that made us feel comfortable and welcome during our stay in Laguna Beach. The location was perfect for access to town and the beach as well as hiking trails. We loved getting the neighborhood feel and the ability to come and go all day without difficulty. Plenty of space for everyone, a great kitchen, amazing back yard that we took advantage of a lot- private, sunny with everything you could need. John was a great host- with great, simple, timely communication- probably the best air bnb we have done. Now we know we have a spot in Laguna Beach when it is time to come back. Thank you for the hospitality. This house is a must-do if you are looking for an in-town walkable bungalow.

My stay at Tom's cottage was wonderful. Tom is extremely friendly, available and helpful for all your needs. Check-in very smooth and easy. There was a slight glitch in the bathroom , but within literally minutes Tom arrived with a smile and fixed the problem immediately. The cottage has historic charm with natural wood throughout...loads of windows and sunlight...lovely sitting area on front patio beneath the huge palms (would sit for hours) and a walk-in sauna in the back of the house. Also, one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to is at the end of the block! Super location for shops, restaurants (great coffee shop, Milk and Honey just around the corner), yet it's unusually quiet...amazing combo! I'd recommend Tom's cottage to everyone!

Our stay at Chuchu’s place was phenomenal. We had a wonderful time and the location went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Chuchu was responsive, kind, and was amazing. We’re so grateful for her and everything she’s done for us, her place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. We can’t recommend her airbnb enough. Thank you!

Nicely laid out space. Plenty of room for 4 people and 2 dogs. All surfaces were clean and easy to clean. So many toys to use for the beach. Bikes, boogie boards, chairs and a wagon. Made it so much easier to pack. Great to have a laundry space. Parking was easy. Entering the place was easy. Ernie was very communicative. Loved the place. Will. Be back.

Great little house. Super cute. I will caution anyone who wants a soft bed, this is not the place for you. The beds are incredibly firm and make for tough sleeping if you’re a softer bed type. My husband would have loved the beds.

10/10 stars 🌟 This space was so beautiful, peaceful, and had everything you could think of for a wonderful stay. I was so at home, appreciated being able to cook my own meals and loved that it was dog friendly. Mary was so sweet, kind, and responsive. She is a fantastic host who truly thought of everything to make this stay above and beyond. We would absolutely stay again. The oranges from the garden were an extra plus! So delicious!

This pot exceeded our expectations. It was as described and even better. Super clean, decorated so cute, walkable, the beach park around the corner, a darling coffee shop also on the corner which we went to daily. I am Going to schedule here again. Absolute paradise - wish we could buy one of the units that’s how much we loved it.

Our stay was so nice, it was a great little studio Air BNB and the rooftop patio view was to die for! Great appliances and kitchen tools, very responsive host, saw the owners on site a few times and very friendly, the laundry was easy, over all I’d love to stay again if given a chance!

Deanna was such an amazing host and her property was so stunning and comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience/ stay with Deanna. Not only was her communication amazing but the property was in the perfect location and comfortable in an unparalleled way I haven’t experienced before with an Airbnb stay. I will absolutely be staying here again, already planning my next visit. Thank you SO much for everything Deanna!

Once again, Eileen and Steve hit it “ out of the park “ with the Cottage. Everything was spot on and Eileen’s response to a small plumbing issue was fast and exceeded expectations. This is the only place I’ll stay in Long Beach!

We loved our stay! Clean, well-located and great beach supplies for the kids. If we come back to the area, we will definitely book here again! We enjoyed walking to the beach, restaurants and renting bikes to bike to Huntington Beach and back. It was also very easy to make a day trip to Disney with our kids.

Citrus Cottage was what I was hoping for and more. The location was perfect for a visit with our Chapman student, very easy to get to campus and to the Orange Circle, plus it felt private and very safe. Christina and Daniel were very friendly and helpful, so many extra touches. The house was just as pictured and the backyard area was amazing, we enjoyed many hours in the sun in the private area behind the cottage. We loved being there and cannot wait to return. Thank you Christina and Daniel for sharing your beautiful cottage with us.

Great stay and great host’

Such a lovely home with a beautiful and convenient location! I personally loved the charming decor, heated bathrooms, backyard and the big kitchen! Plus, it’s only a few minutes away from the beach, tons of restaurants, cafes and cute shops so you never run out of things to do. If you ever need anything, Judy is very responsive and helpful.

Linda's home was perfect for our weekend to watch baseball at Fullerton. The beds were great for a good night's sleep and the space was great for us. Linda's instructions were clear and concise. We would definitely rent again. Thanks Linda!

This place is a gem and Alisha and Samuel were awesome! They responded less than a minute after I sent a message. There were a few hiccups during my stay in which they helped me through. I def will stay here again!

I had a perfect stay at Kathryns place. Kathryn was a wonderful host, communication was great and anything i needed was answered straight away. The cottage was very comfortable and super clean. It was very well equipped with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable also. Kathrys place is perfectly located, it it in a nice quiet neighbourhood and yet only 10 mins cycle from the beach and shops. I found the bike that was available to use really handy, I used it every day! I will be returning to Huntington beach next year and will definitely be returning to stay at Kathryns place.
