The apartment is on the upper level of a two story building with a secure private entrance. Two balconies are on either side of the apartment. The creek on the east side offers a lush green backdrop, and the breeze makes the balcony the perfect spot for recharging. This is not a resort area, but a true local barrio!

Reconnect with nature at this funky unforgettable escape. This is a stand alone 10x12 A frame cabin next to my small main house. The restroom and large outdoor shower room are steps away and offer a private outdoor shower experience. Ac in room is super cold with queen bed with breathable memory foam mattress provide cozy feel. Beach chairs ,towels, and snorkel masks included. Parking on-site. Our home will be found through an easy walk from the Esperanza 'malecón" and up a neighborhood hill. The ample space welcomes families in the two large bedrooms and backyard.
