Very quiet place to stay for a couple of nights. It was in a lovely location on the edge of the park by the deer, chickens and peacocks, and there were a couple of places to eat or get a drink nearby that the owners had named in the handbook. To walk to the old town took about 25 mins to walk and 15 to the train station. We were travelling with an infant and my daughter loved playing with the Lego they left out for her.

Biljana's place was great to stay at and great for families. The neighbourhood is quiet, serene and with at least 3 playgrounds in walking distance of the house, we had a lot to do for our toddler in the quietmoments in between trips. Parking is free and spaces are abundant. She provides lots of toys for little ones and provided a travel cot for our 2 year old that was not yet used to sleeping on a bed. The place is well kept, clean and a treat. The air conditioning was great for the hottest days. Access to the house is best in class. Would happily stay here again. Thanks for letting us share your home for those days!

The place is just beautiful and peaceful. We spent a week over the Easter holiday and it was 6 of us. 3 Adults and 3 (14,12,11 year olds) kids. We barely saw the kids, since they never wanted to get off the go-karts, roaming around the farm grounds contemplating Rabbits, chickens and plenty of new born baby lambs or jumping on the Giant trampoline. The house was perfect. Clean, cozy and practical, we cooked in the kitchen every night. The location was perfect in the lovely rural area of Netherlands. 6 minutes drive to Gouda, where we caught a train to Amsterdam (45 mins), 1 hour to Efteling, 45 minute to Keukenhof, 1 hour to the beach. you can visit so many places from here. But we also enjoy sitting put and having aperitif in the garden watching the lovely sunset. Thank you so much Elles for allowing us to create such a lovely memories with the family. We will defo comeback for sure.

Bart and Carole were incredible hosts! Very kind, responsive, and provided wonderful recommendations for local spots to check out. My husband is from the Netherlands and said the location is as good as it gets! The home is pretty and secluded. It is within a very short walking distance to town with restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. It also backs right up to beautiful woods!!! The house is the perfect size and was very clean. Absolutely loved the kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to book!

Wir waren zum 3. Mal in Jorrits Haus und haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Wetter war traumhaft. Sehr angenehm waren die Fliegengitter an der Terrassentür und den Fenstern, denn es waren schon viele Mücken unterwegs. Empfehlenswert ist ein Spaziergang bis in die Innenstadt von Gouda. Es geht fast immer am Wasser entlang. Ich denke, wir werden weitere Male in Jorrits Haus fahren!

We hebben genoten! We hadden ontzettend mooi weer en dan is het terras aan het water een prachtig plekje. De woning is verder erg mooi en schoon. Er is aan alles gedacht; zoals ijsblokjes, cola, wijn, koekjes en koffie. De eigenaar reageert snel en vriendelijk. We zouden zeker nog eens terug gaan.

This place was very special -- not only the home but the old town of Woudrichem. The home was spacious, clean and well furnished even with a history notebook of the city, street and home from the 1300s. You don't expect to have fresh flowers or apple tart waiting for you when you arrive at your AirBnB. Special touches! We'd all love to come back another time!

Wir hatten wundervolle 2 Wochen in Frederikas Ferienhaus. Es war ruhig, idyllisch und der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen (vorallem auch für unseren Hund). Friederike ist eine tolle Gastgeberin :) Sie war sehr sympathisch und hat uns herzlichst Empfangen. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort definitiv weiter und freuen uns auf das nächste mal :)

Studio très bien aménagé, endroit paisible, calme. Très bonne literie. Margreet nous a laissé de petits présents comme les petits chocolats pour Pâques, des petites bières et suffisamment de dosettes de café pour notre séjour c'est très sympa. Je conseille vivement ce logement.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Es gab nichts, was gefehlt hat! Bequeme Betten und ein tolles Bad mit allem, was benötigt wird. Die Lage ist absolut Top! Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Diederick hat innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf Fragen geantwortet, toller Gastgeber! Eine absolute Empfehlung, wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Jonathan's place is perfect for a short stay. The apartment and the garden are absolutely beautiful and really thoughtfully designed. It wasn't cold despite the large window (we used termostat). The kitchen is good for cooking. But it might be a little uncomfortable for long staying because the bathroom is really tiny (but it's not a problem for a few days). Jonathan was very friendly and helpful.

We are so thankful for our time at The Happiest Place, we wish we could give a 6 Star Review! The unit is spacious and cozy, immaculately clean, and has tons of natural light. The kitchen is well -appointed and the bed is perfectly medium-firm. The apartment is centrally located in Utrecht, on a quiet street. Easy walking distance from the train station, grocery stores, restaurants, laundromat, and tourist attractions. Rob is an amazing host, very friendly and gracious, with a deep wealth of local knowledge. We stayed for multiple weeks and ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. Rob replaced the sheets and towels multiple times and did such a fantastic job making us feel at-home in the apartment. I can say without a doubt, there is nowhere better to stay in Utrecht.

Wonderful place that had absolutely everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The location was good for our purpose of visiting various parts of the Netherlands. Supermarket Plus was almost right across the road. The hosting couple was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

The apartment is in a beautiful quiet location. And close to public transit. Easy to get to shopping and tourist areas. A rare find! Will be back to stay again!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal für mehrere Tage in der Wohnung von Charlotte. Es war wie beim ersten Mal toll. Die Kommunikation mit Charlotte war perfekt, und Charlotte war sehr, sehr flexibel, was den Check-in anbelangt hat. Unsere Reisepläne haben sich geändert, und wir haben uns aufgrund der Verkehrslage verspätet - Charlotte war einfach verständnisvoll und da. Herzlichen Dank! Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit empfehlen und auch selber wieder mieten.

This stay was the friendliest and the most charming Airbnb experience we have had! The building is an incredible experience of history, built in the 1580s and renovated by Joost and his father 16 years ago. Great detailing, furnishing, and design reflecting Utrecht in every way. And Joost was incredibly friendly, always responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The location is great! Right in the heart of Utrecht, where everyone was so friendly to us throughout. The beds where comfortable, and the back bedrooms quiet. Our tweens loved the attic space for sleeping, with a window view over the square. There was noise from people in the square in the evenings but it did not bother us as all as it was not unlike the sounds in our urban neighborhood. Joost's attention to detail and design was evident throughout! When in Utrecht again, I will definitely stay here! And it super easy by train for the day to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or the Hague. Lastly, great daylight in the living room area!

Notre séjour chez Riwfka s'est très bien passé. Le logement est très bien desservi avec la gare et les bus à proximité (2min à pied) ce qui permet d'être à Amsterdam rapidement en passant par la gare centrale de Utrech. Riwfka m'avait envoyé énormément d'explications pour le logement ce qui nous a permi un accès libre et autonome. Seul bémol, la cage d'escalier des voisins du dessus était un peu bruyante mais vivable. Merci à Riwfka.

Beautiful and unique atmosphere of the house and surroundings. Ideal for creative residences and trips to nearby cities - from Woerden there are direct train connections to Utrecht, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague... Perfect combination with bicycles, which can be rented in Woerden at the train station (You need to register two weeks in advance!). Plus there's a piano, apple juice for purchase directly from the orchard and unprecedentedly friendly hosts... Highly recommended.

We loved our stay in Utrecht at Frouke’s place. The location is great in a quiet neighbourhood and a short bus ride or cycle to the city centre. The place itself is so charming and was spotless! Her garden is especially lovely. Frouke was a fantastic host providing clear instructions and good recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend staying here!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Harm's place. He was so helpful and responded to me right away when I had questions. The flat is light and bright and has fun, eclectic furnishings. The balcony was nice, sunny, and sheltered and felt lovely to sit on during the afternoon. The flat is super close to the train station and is one stop away from the old town of Utrecht. I recommend staying here!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce mini appartement. Au départ je pensais que tout était dans la même pièce mais ça m'a paru plus grand en réalité. La chambre est séparée de la cuisine et de la salle de bain et des toilettes par des portes. Les lits sont très confortables, la douche spatieuse. En plus il y a le lidl à proximité et une pizzeria et même quelques restaurants. Et le parking gratuit juste à côté dans la rue principale est un vrai luxe ! Mr Patel était vraiment disponible et très réactif et arrangeant. On ne peut pas mieux tomber 😊
