The Westbrook overlooks historic Trinity Square, is centrally located and just a couple of minutes' walking distance to Margate's vibrant Old Town with its lively restaurants and bars, Winter Gardens, Turner gallery and Margate's sandy beaches. Margate station is within walking distance and other great beaches such as Botany Bay and Westbrook Bay are nearby. The Westbrook is the top (4th) floor of an 18th century building so there's a few flights of steps up and low ceilings when you get there.

My parking space is a godsend as parking in high season is £15.00 a day in council car park. My seaside holiday home is set over two levels and is within a two minute walk from Viking Bay and is a stone throw from Restaurants, Cafes, Bars and independent Shops which make Broadstairs such a popular destination. You have the pier/harbour arm directly opposite and watching the sun rise whilst laying in bed through the balcony doors is amazing (I have uploaded a photo). You can sleep with the doors open in the summer and the sound of the ocean crashing against the shore is one awesome soundtrack!
