Hola, me llamó Gerard. Soy el anfitrión de @MYHOMEPARATI. Me gusta darles la intimidad que se merecen los huéspedes con su propia casa de invitados totalmente reformada en enero de 2024. Podrás disfrutar del espacio exterior para descansar así como de la piscina de uso privado. Estacionamiento gratuito en el interior de la finca. Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

Cozy flat close to Barcelona and airport

El alojamiento está a 15min en coche del aeropuerto y a 20 minutos de Barcelona y a 5km de la pllaya. Es un pueblo tranquilo y muy tradicional. Para ir a Barcelona, nuestra recomendación es que cojáis el tren. La estación de Gavà de tren está a 5 minutos caminando del alojamiento. El alojamiento está en el centro del pueblo, así que hay comercios y restaurantes cerca. Se puede aparcar de manera gratuita cerca del alojamiento. Estamos a 5 minutos del BAA Training Spain.

Nuestro apartamento, aunque está cerca de Barcelona, se encuentra en un entorno aislado, dentro de la urbanización de Bellamar, rodeado de bosque y con las mejores vistas al mar en el entorno de la ciudad. Al estar en un entorno tranquilo, es ideal tanto para parejas, familias o amigos que quieran disfrutar de la tranquilidad y silencio, pero a su vez tener la posibilidad de ir a Barcelona en tan solo veinte minutos en coche o media hora en transporte público.

All the entrances are accessible with a chip key. You are in 10 min at the airport & 15 min in Barcelona by car. Direct access to promenade and beach, which is ideal for jogging or walking.
