Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Vilanova i la Geltrú

This house is fantastic, I lack of words to describe how good it is. We are a group of 6 people, 5 of them are my senior family, the elevator in the house is so convenient for them to go up and down. There are only two bedrooms (on 1.5 floor and 2.5 floor respectively) that need to climb half a floor to get there, which is totally fine for us, just FYI. 3 bedrooms are on 2nd floor with elevator right to that floor. We loved the house very much, big space, clean, equipped with all things you need for kitchen, comfy sofa, close to metro and supermarket, quiet neighborhood, etc. It’s too bad that it’s still too cold for us though to swim in the pool, I hope to come back to this house in summer and enjoy it. Also the towels are super soft, I also love that. Just cannot find anything negative about this house!

Excelente lugar para pasar el tiempo. Bastante bien ubicado y cerca al mar con buenas vistas y bonitos lugares para pasear. Nos describieron perfectamente la casa y hubo un trato muy amable con el anfitrión. Completamente recomendado.

Ha sido una estancia excepcional. De las mejores casas donde nos hemos hospedado. Muchas gracias a los anfitriones y a sus empleados.

Visitamos en Abril la casa de Jaume y Maria. Es igual a la descripción del anuncio. La piscina parecía más grande en las fotos que lo que es en realidad pero la disfrutamos igual. Las camas todas cómodas y las estancias bien climatizadas. El parque de enfrente con la tirolina para los niños está muy bien, se entretuvieron mucho en ese espacio. Mi perrita se lo pasó en grande con tanto campo en el exterior. Jaume y Maria viven en la casa de al lado, estuvieron muy amables y atentos. Fuimos en familia a pasar un fin de semana y estuvimos muy a gusto y muy tranquilos.

Très bon séjour en famille dans cette maison proche de la plage. Juan est un hôte accueillant et réactif.

De todas las casas donde hemos hecho estancia como grupo familiar es, sin lugar a dudas, la mejor. Ubicación ideal a 2 klm del monasterio Santes Creus que hicimos a pie y de pueblos con restaurantes locales con una cocina de calidad y a buen precio. Tambien muy cerca de Tarragona, Reus o Montblanc. Excelentemente equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia larga. Espacios comunes amplios y cómodos, habitaciones cálidas y con estilo, una de ellas una suite, ideal para una pareja de edad, al lado del comedor. Su història seduce también: antigua escuela del pueblo y casa de colonias. Tiene alicientes para todos: un futbolin que ha encantado a pequeños y mayores, un spa, piscina -aunque solo funciona en verano-, rincones al aire libre para leer bajo una pèrgola, una barbacoa muy bien equipada, calefacción òptima y un entorno fantástico.

Hem passat un cap de setmana en família molt agradable i ens hem sentit molt còmodes. Portàvem dues gosses i tots plegats hem gaudit de la casa i de l'entorn. Tomasa és una persona molt amable i atenta. Un lloc per tornar.

En el apartamento de Alessandra estuvimos como en casa, la zona es muy tranquila y el apartamento tiene unas vistas espectaculares y a 2 minutos andando de una cala preciosa. Todo súper recomendable. Nos ha encantado.

Logement propre et très beau !! En plein centre, mais le logement est bien isolé donc c'est très calme à l'interieur. Il est tout équipé, notre hôte a même mis des cartes pour visiter la ville, des livres... Nous avons fait plusieurs logements en Espagne et celui ci est clairement notre coup de coeur ! Hôte très réactif et de bon conseil ! Je recommande à 100%!!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement tout confort, spacieux, très propre. Jolie décoration intérieure typique et originale. Emplacement idéal avec vue imprenable sur la mer. De belles promenades à pied en bord de mer depuis l'appartement. Le Roc de Sant Gaieta est un merveilleux petit village pittoresque avec ses ruelles étroites, ses jolies maisons blanches et sa douce ambiance atypique. Avec en plus, l'un des meilleurs glaciers au monde. Merci à Joan pour ses messages et sa communication facile et merci également à Jose Maria pour son accueil attentionné et ses conseils. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Die Wohnung ist für Barcelona äußerst ruhig! Vogelgezwitscher weckt einen, nicht Straßenlärm! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht-zu toppen nur noch durch eine Kapsel-Kaffemaschine! Sehr gutes Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer! Die Nachbarschaft ist angenehm, das zu Fuß gut zu erreichende Grácia ist einer der schönsten Stadtteile Barcelonas! Auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist gut, Metro und Busse nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Ramon hat uns in der Wohnung begrüßt, alles erklärt und Tipps gegeben! Er ist ein äußerst umsichtiger hilfsbereiter Host, nochmals herzlichen Dank!

I cannot recommend Maria’s home enough. What a find! Such a peaceful area, we felt like we came home to peace and quiet every evening after a busy day in the city, it was such a pleasure. The terrace is just the perfect place to sit and relax. Only a 15 minute tube ride into the city centre. Thanks to Maria’s maps of the local area we discovered that the Church of the Sacred Heart was just 2 stops away, and so very worth the visit. Sant Cugat is also a fantastic village and we enjoyed a fabulous evening there. Overall I would highly recommend Maria’s home, its location, it has everything you need, super clean and just a spot of beauty and peace in a very busy city! We’ll be back! Thank you Maria.

Had a great ten days enjoying the local area and central Barcelona. The flat was modern and perfect for our needs. The garden area was amazing and the jacuzzi a highlight of the trip. Great local restaurants and bars and we enjoyed Vilanova beach. I’d recommend the place.

The flat is spacious and airy, with high ceilings and lovely period features. The bedrooms are comfortable and we enjoyed the light sitting area, a nice place to have a coffee. We found it easy to get into the centre on the metro (two stops are within 5 mins walk from the flat), and the Museu Nacional d’art de Catalunya is a scenic 15 minute walk - fantastic views from the top! Well worth walking up there for the view of the city alone. There are some nice tapas bars and places to eat locally, and a handy list of places to go provided by the hosts.

Departamento cómodo y acogedor, bien ubicado, con un supermercado muy cerca, cocina super equipada y con insumos (te, sal, aceite). Vhan fue un excelente anfitrión, con quien tuvimos una comunicación fluida y quien además nos ayudó con guardar las maletas post checkout. En resumen excelente estancia, volveríamos sin dudarlo!

Nous etions un groupe de 9 adultes et nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la villa Moles. Très belle maison, fidèle à la description et aux photos. Manuela est une hote à l'ecoute et réactive. Rien à redire. Tout était très bien. C'est une valeure sûre que je recommande. Merci manuela et bonne continuation

We had an incredible stay at Cala Teresa! We were celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday. It was a beautiful villa with gorgeous views, incredible property and plenty of things to do at the villa to really disconnect from the outside world while reconnecting with each other. Our stay was unforgettable. Highly recommend and the host was very helpful.

Réactivité avant et pendant le séjour. Accueil et logement impeccable. Reunion de famille, il a plu le premier jour mais le logement était tellement agréable et bien aménagé que nous avons pu profiter de la douceur d’une journée a l’intérieur . 2 eme journee beau temps et un extérieur de qualité, transats coins soleil et coins ombre barbecue super fonctionnel avec bois à disposition. Literie et linge de maison de tres bonne qualité. Bref rien a dire. Je recommande les yeux fermés !!

Tilava majoitus sopi loistavasti kolmelle perheelle. Talolta löytyi kaikki tarvittava lapsiperheiden lomailuun. Sijainti lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä upeista uimarannoista ja ravintoloista. Ihastuimme kauniiseen kylään! Lähellä oli useita kauppoja. Tänne voisi tulla uudestaan!

Schöne Villa mit einem wunderschönen Pool und toller Aussicht. Ausreichend Platz und modern eingerichtet. Ivan war sehr freundlich und bei einem kurzen Ausfall der Poolanlage wurde sehr schnell gehandelt und das Problem behoben. Das Reinigungspersonal hätte etwas gründlicher arbeiten können, Gläser und Teller mussten wir vor Anwendung nochmal spülen, die Outdoor Lounge hatte zum Teil Flecken . Alles in allem war es aber eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Unbedingt nach Sitges, dies ist nur 10 Min mit dem Auto erreichbar, süßes Städtchen und sehr schöner Strand. Nach Barcelona sind es ca. 40 Minuten. Ein Auto braucht man unbedingt, Lidl und Aldi auch in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette grande villa! L’endroit est calme, la maison est parfaite pour accueillir de grands groupes. Les hôtes sont adorables et très réactifs. Nous recommandons sans aucun doute. Merci encore !

Jan en Sonia hebben een prachtig huis in een rustige mooie omgeving. De terrassen en tuin rondom het huis zijn heel mooi. Jan en Sonia zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en reageren heel snel op vragen. Wij verbleven in hun huis eind april, met twee kinderen van 7 en 10 jaar oud. Ze vonden het zwembad geweldig al was dat nog wel koud in april. Het zwembad is erg schoon! Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf en hebben uitstapjes gemaakt naar onder andere Barcelona, Sitges en Tarragona. De kust is ook prachtig en wij zijn vaak naar de zee geweest. Het huis ligt wat afgelegen, wat heerlijk is voor de rust, alleen heb je wel echt een auto nodig om overal te komen. De wegen zijn goed, dus het is makkelijk om bij het huis te komen. De supermarkt ligt op zo'n 16- 20 minuten rijden en het strand op zo'n 25 minuten. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf bij vriendelijke mensen. Een aanrader voor iedereen die van een mooie rustige omgeving houdt en wil verblijven in een authentiek Spaans huis.

We booked the villa for a group of 14 and found we had plenty of space! Bedrooms were spacious and practical with plenty of clothes storage, there were enough chairs for us to sit round the table together (both inside and out) and there was plenty of space for us all to sit by the pool too! The location was good - we were able to get taxis into Sitges easily with Soledad’s recommendations and it took around 20 minutes. The area itself was peaceful and the views from the terrace were lovely! Communication with Soledad prior to and during our trip was fantastic - she gave us great recommendations and answered all of our queries quickly. We had a fantastic stay and would certainly return and recommend to others!
