Renta de villas vacacionales en Villa Basilica

Wir waren mit einer Gruppen von 4 Paaren und drei Kleinkindern unterwegs. Und hat die Unterkunft super gefallen. Jedes Paar hatte sein eigenes Badezimmer und alles war super sauber. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Es gab einen Tennisplatz, einen Fußballplatz, Kicker, Volleyball und einen tollen Kinderspielplatz. Besser ausgestattet kann die Anlage nicht sein. Zudem ist die Lage der Unterkunft perfekt um die Toskana zu erkunden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden sofort wiederkommen.

A lovely home, stylish interiors, and very comfortable to live in,, nice garden and outdoor spaces/ activities. Filled with all the amenities and appliances one needs in a home plus a great security system, that was important for us and great to have. The location was great, close to the beach and the town’s center,, with a supermarket nearby. Last but not least,, amazingly hospitable and helpful host..

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

We took our family to Barga for the first time. There were 9 of us, ranging from 6 months to 70 years old. The villa swallowed us easily, plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Eleonora and Daniela were very responsive during the booking period, and when we arrived everything was exactly as expected. It's a beautiful place, the views and setting are magnificent, and it really is no more than 10 minutes walk in to the old town of Barga. The welcome pack included local cheese, a traditional cake, wine, oil, bread and was much appreciated! Despite some appalling weather, we made lovely pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, and enjoyed some (coolish) swimming in the large clean pool - this was early October. Excellent range of restaurants in old and new Barga. 45 mins to Lucca, 1 hour from Pisa - and the caves at Grotta del Vento are definitely worth a visit - especially if it's raining! Overall, we had a brilliant time. Highly recommended.

Our stay was wonderful. The view of the Mediterranean Sea is amazing. We were able to see Corsica and the French Alps while relaxing on the observation deck. The house is so much more than what is shown through the pictures. The bedrooms are all large and wonderfully equipped. the location was ideal for the areas that we went to see. We were in Italy for 15 days and three of those days were at this wonderful home. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Barbara for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

Abbiamo passato una magnifica settimana nella casa di Vincenzo. Eravamo 2 famiglie con bambini (5 in totale). Gli spazi in casa sono stati perfetti per accogliere tutti. La posizione, a 15 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Lido di Camaiore e a 35 minuti dalla bellissima Lucca, si è rivelata perfetta. Fuori dal caos, immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità. Vincenzo poi è un super host! Amichevole e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

The house is very well laid out with ample space. Cristina left the pool open and this was enjoyed by the younger memebrs of the party. The house is close to the main road which impacts on the external enjoyment at the busiest times but inside there is no impact. We were repeatedly delayed due to fog in London and she could not have been more helpful. We made mistakes with the garbage as the standards are far higher than in the UK and perfectly reasonably she remonstrated with us. We were clearly in the wrong and lessons learnt. One small point, I think the pillows need renewing as very soft.

Great stay at a beautiful villa. The listing doesn’t actually do it justice, it is even bigger and nicer than it appears from the photos! Brian was very helpful and responsive and a great host.

Paolo was amazing! He was so helpful and responsive. The villa was even more impressive in person. Highly recommend staying here! Beautiful city. Do an olive oil tour / tasting if you can. Enjoy a sunset under the Tuscan sun!

Review for house- do you think ok? What an amazing and special home! Thank you to Leonardo and his mum for looking after us all so well during our stay (including Etta our dog) and for bringing us some wonderful local homemade dishes. Leonardo could not have been more helpful and gave us lots of local recommendations. Staying in such an historical building was an experience in itself and the views from the house were spectacular in all weathers- and we had a big mix of weather- sun, rain and storms. The outside spaces were perfect for having drinks and watching the sunset. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and dined in the spectacular dining area outside. Leonardo helped arrange a pasta making class with Alessandra which was a great experience for all of our group. The area is very beautiful, with forest walks, and fantastic views of the mountains and vineyards and huge chestnut trees. We visited some beautiful towns nearby. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

Villa Oliva was perfect for our vacation! The house is very modern and in pristine conditions, with everything you might need for a long term stay. Elena and the team were very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we might have had. We loved having a pool, an outdoor grill and the area to see the sunsets was a dream! We highly recommend this property!

It was a very very peaceful and beautiful home to stay in with a rich history and gorgeous surroundings ! Livia was a gracious host and Giuseppe was wonderful to work with ! It was a very steep hill to trek to the top ..but if you’re looking for a remote and quite Italian country side expeirience it was absolutely beautiful!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni per un addio al nubilato. La villa é davvero pazzesca, anche più bella che in foto. ogni piano é indipendente, con al sua cucina, il suo salotto, il suo bagno e le camere. La casa é pazzesca in ogni dettaglio, dall'arredamento ai servizi inclusi. la pergola, la piscina e la vista sono spettacolari e ce le siamo davvero godute. Abbiamo anche organizzato una festa con il deejay nella pergola, stupenda! il proprietario é stato davvero top: molto disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta ed é stato anche molto flessibile sia nel check-in che nel check out. Posto assolutamente consigliato!!!

Béatrice est une excellente hote! Elle nous a très bien accueilli et a fait le tour de la maison avec nous. Elle nous a également donné plusieurs recommandations de choses à faire dans les alentours, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La maison était impeccable et l’aménagement extérieur est époustouflant. Le levé du soleil le matin était incroyable si vous avez la chance de le voir. La maison est un peu loin des grandes villes donc je recommande une auto pour faciliter vos déplacements.

We just returned from a weeklong stay at this beautiful villa, two families with kids ranging in age from 2 years old to 9 years old. The villa is fairly secluded but we had no problems finding it just through Google maps. The property is essentially fully enclosed so we did not have to worry about the kids wandering onto the roads. The house was extremely clean. Both kitchens were fully stocked with all the pots, utensils and serveware that you need. The outdoors was the best! Beautiful pool cleaned daily; not sure if pool was warmed but it was hot enough outside to keep the temp extremely comfortable. Behind the pool is the beautiful vineyard and volleyball area. The owners were so friendly; they gave us giant baskets of garden veggies and another basket of snacks and so much homemade wine. Elena/Ester were so helpful. The Conad is within 8 minutes away and had lots of fresh produce. We drove into Aulla for coffee and pastries (10 min away). Great base to stay with kids!

Très jolie maison située dans un endroit calme. Nous étions 12 dont 5 enfants et2 adolescents et tout le monde a beaucoup apprécié la très belle piscine et le jardin. Il y avait une salle de jeu pour les enfants. Claudio était très disponible et aimable lorsque nous avions des questions. Merci à lui également pour ses conseils

wenn jemand einen ruhigen und schönen Ort sucht, der ist hier genau richtig! Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa sole mio. Die Aussicht ist weitreichend und schön. Die Villen liegen etwas abgelegen was bedeutet, dass man mobil sein muss, dafür bekommt man Ruhe über den ganzen Tag. Die Lage liegt geografisch optimal und man erreicht Lucca,Pisa,Siena und Florenz. Auch am Meer ist man innert 45min. Optimal um Morgens Städte zu besichtigen und am Nachmittag den traumhaften Pool mit der Ausssicht zu geniessen. Unsere Gastgeberin, Martina war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Auch die Mitarbeiter, welche auf dem Grundstück arbeiten sind sehr freundlich und halten die Anlage in Schuss.Was zu erwähnen ist, ist die Zufahrt zur Villa.Man erreicht die Villen nur durch einen schmalen ca. 400m langen einspurigen Kiesweg.Ein Sportwagen oder ein tiefer gelegtes Fahrzeug ist nicht zu empfehlen. Ich kann die Villa sole mio nur weiterempfehlen. Würde sofort wieder dorthin.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, der Pool sehr sauber, umgeben von einem wunderschönen, riesengroßen Garten. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist fantastisch, da die Küche gleich zur Terrasse übergeht.Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei, der nächste Supermarkt ist mit dem Wagen in knapp 15 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso gibt es verschiedene Restaurants, die in unter 20 Minuten mit dem Wagen zu erreichen sind. Wie zum Beispiel, dass Die Sor Paolo oder das Barrachina.

This villa was something out of a dream. Stefania was so lovely and wonderful with recommendations and booking us a rez at a fantastic local gem of a restaurant. The views were incredible and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The villa itself was cozy and inviting. The outside seating area was well used by us for nightcaps, dinner and conversations about falling in love with Tuscany and all it's amazing nooks and crannies. We wanted a picturesque and home-like central base for our 10 day adventure in Italy and we're delighted with the accommodations that really was like something out of a movie. Lucca was only a short drive away and offered the best grocery store-Esselunga! Thank you Stefania for your warm generosity, kindness and suggestions. This was a birthday trip that we will never forget and cemented our longing to return soon!

Marco ist der perfekte Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist perfekt, es fehlt an nichts und ich habe noch nie so einen netter und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber kennengelernt.

Magnifique villa ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis, farniente et dolce vita assurée, Points positifs: Très bon accueil de notre hôte, dans un domaine sécurisé la maison est isolée des autres. La vue encore plus belle que sur les photos. On y aperçoit Volterra et ses environs. Exceptionnel. Bonnes prestations, piscine superbe, éclairage le soir, mobilier extérieur de qualité, Points à améliorer: l’absence de climatisation à l’intérieur même s’il y avait des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre. Électricité vétuste Dans tous les cas nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Tout était parfait. Les voisins ont été charmants et serviables tout au long du séjour. Ils sont là si vous avez besoin d’aide et sont très discrets ce qui permet aux vacanciers de se sentir vraiment chez eux. La piscine est vraiment géniale grande propre et nettoyer chaque jour. Vraiment nous recommandons cette belle propriété pour des vacances en famille. Merci à Anto et ses voisins 😊
