Our group consisted of 4 adults and 4 children aged 8-14...house was perfect for us even though only 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms were master equivalent w/ king sized beds and attached baths. Third bedroom contained bunk bed and trundle bed so all 4 kids essentially had their own bed which was great. There was also 3rd bathroom next to bedroom. So, all in all the bedroom setup worked great for our party; probably wouldn't work for 8 adults. Other highlights: beautiful backyard w/ nice grill which we used one night for burgers & brats, and nice little gas firepit which we enjoyed each evening gazing at magnificent star views; nice garage game room which kids thoroughly enjoyed which also had washer/dryer; nice kitchen setup with two coffee makers and plenty of cooking/eating utensils. Sam was great host and always responded in timely fashion for questions & requests. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sedona!!

Great place located close to all of Sedona’s points of interest. (Especially hiking!). We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Mallory's place was terrific. It was close to most of the major trails that are so fun to hike. The views from the upper deck and second floor bedroom were spectacular but views from ground floor were nothing to shake a stick at either. And although very close to the shops in downtown Sedona, it is also close to the small town south of Sedona that is more convenient for shopping and avoids the often thick traffic of Sedona.

This is a lovely place to stay. A very welcoming environment in the home, and the yard and woods behind it, are so calming. The yurt is a great bonus space. We visited the Grand Canyon for the first time and hiked in Sedona. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend highly to our friends.

Peaceful, quiet, private and a very comforting place! Enjoyed the view and all the amenities the host provided. The host is friendly and responsive. We all enjoyed our stay! will definitely come again.

Great stay, the whole family enjoyed it! The house had everything we needed in a great location. Well stocked kitchen, with plenty of cookware…not something you find in most Airbnbs. Steven was very accommodating and helpful…will definitely be staying here again the next time we come through Flagstaff. Thank you so much!

The land was absolutely stunning and I wish we had had more time there. The house was very comfortable, and everything was new and super clean. Families should just note that the house has two bedrooms, not three – the third is in a separate (but adjacent and very sweet) studio. For us it was an issue because we were traveling with small children who couldn't be in a separate building from us; it's less of an issue for an all-adult group. But I would still definitely go back.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, it was the perfect getaway for our group of 6! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the showers had excellent water pressure—definitely a plus. We also loved the ceiling fan/light combo in the bedrooms; such a small detail but it made a big difference in comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home and at ease. Highly recommended—we’d absolutely stay here again!

Came here with my mom for a mother/daughter getaway. Would highly recommend this b&b to anyone staying in Sedona looking for the perfect relaxing stay. The views were magnificent, the decor outstanding, and the food absolutely delicious. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly we didn’t want to leave!

This bed and breakfast was perfect in every way! The bed is super comfy, there’s a mini fridge and microwave, and fridge full of refreshments in the main kitchen. The homemade baked goods are so delicious, and breakfast was yummy as well! The location is ideal, really short walk into uptown Sedona. I’d highly recommend for small families or couples.

Great place to stay, would highly recommend! Room has killer views, very comfortable and private. Well decorated and had everything we needed. Great location within a short drive to many restaurants and hiking areas. Grounds were well kept and had many cool sitting areas to relax and hangout. Breakfast was a great touch, food was excellent and it was nice not having to worry about going somewhere each morning. 10/10!

Words do not do Fabiola and Jakob's retreat justice. Their airbnb was a gem for my trip to Sedona. As hosts, they were responsive and welcoming and their retreat felt just like home. The location was just off the beaten path, which I greatly appreciated, within 10-15 minutes driving to almost everything and the most spectacular views near and on the property. The space itself offered a place of serenity and calm away from the hustle and bustle, a perfect place for restoration. If you are looking for a quiet, private, and peaceful place to stay and relax, this is a perfect place to do so. Thank you, Fabiola and Jakob, for sharing your little slice of heaven with me! It was a memorable experience I will cherish.

Karen and Bruce were extremely kind and helpful. The location of their home could not be more convenient. It's easy to get anywhere from their home. I would stay with them again. We had plenty of room to roam in the home. It had a beautiful yard and plenty of gorgious flowers and plants all around. It felt warm and welcoming to be there. Sedona is so beautiful and spiritual, and I felt that there as well. Thank you Karen.
