We had a fantastic few days at Raoul’s house, Casa el Campo, an oasis of peace and calm just outside the buzzy surfer village of Lajares in the north of Feurteventura. It was a home away from home for a few days with the added bonus of a wonderful terrace and of course the cactus garden. Everything is as described and even better in real life. The village with its amenities and restaurants are only a short drive away (it is also possible to walk) and there are some great dramatic beaches for water sports and walks also a short drive in the car particularly Playa del Castillo near El Cotillo. A great vibe and a brilliant introduction for our first visit to Fuerteventura.

WOW! A magical house in magical Lajares… Not only is it clean, spacious, very well-equipped and situated in a calm area, it makes you feel like you are somewhere far away from everyday life, comfortable, warmly stylish and extremely welcoming. A gem! 💎

Lovely apartment/ home. Location is fantastic, a 10 minute stroll on the promenade to Rubicon Marina, which has lots of nice shops & restaurants, plus a nice clientele! (& not a fake designer handbag shop in sight!😁) 10 min drive to Playa Blanca. My only criticism is the pool has a plastic layer that is coming off, so there are pieces of it floating around in the pool all of the time, even after the 2 pool cleans we had. A suggestion is, for the money, is a mid week clean would be great. Comfy beds & stunning views! On the whole, great food & wine!

Delightful stay in a spacious home with plenty of places to sit and take in the surrounding landscape and beautiful weather. Stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay if you plan to cook and relax by the pool. Delighted to find a welcome basket of condiments, a bottle of wine in the fridge, fresh linen on the beds, spare blankets and plenty of clean towels. The house was immaculately clean and the area was quiet and friendly with supermarket, cafe and restaurants with local cuisine all in walking distance. You do need a car to get to the beaches which are beautiful and there are plenty to choose from in only a 20min drive. Would stay here again.x

We had a wonderful time up in the mountains of Batencuria. Our hosts Libia and Stephan were fantastic and even took the time to come meet us in person. The property is as described, a lovely traditional aged Spanish home with heaps of character and very comfortable. We totally loved it there.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est parfaite, il ne manque rien. De la place pour garer une voiture sur le terrain est un vrai plus. La piscine après une bonne journée est très agréable. Le village de Lajares est tout proche avec tout ce qu’il faut. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la moitié nord de l’île. Nous avons même fait le Sud, compter 1h de route au moins. André n'était pas présent sur place mais son ami nous a tout expliqué et André était toujours joignable. Nous reviendrions volontiers et je recommande sans problème !

A beautiful villa, inside and out. Very nice decor and fittings. The outdoor enclosed dining room was a bonus and great to be able to stay out of the sun/wind and keep warm in the evening. We managed to walk to the local El Horno restaurant a couple of times in the evening (12 mins) which was very spanish and busy so essential to book. Pool was just warm enough and better once there had been plenty of sun on it. The size of the villa was good value for the 2 of us - we paid for the 1 bedroom option. Olga was responsive to questions before our trip and checked a few times to make sure we were fine during the stay. We would definitely return to this villa.

I fell in love with the accommodation at first sight. We arrived before the check-in time, and Alex kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage at the accommodation. The house feels more like a private resort than a typical home. It is fully equipped and incredibly spacious. Alex was always responsive and came to clean the house every two days, which is not common practice for Airbnb. Truly the best Airbnb ever!

As a neighbor giving us directions told us: you will have a great rest at Finca Malvasía. Perfect situation to visit Lanzarote.

Our first stay in El Roque after visiting the Island for many years. Excellent communication with Jesus - we appreciated early check in/late check out. Clean, bright apartment with some interesting features - photos are a true description. Supermarkets, restaurants, beaches etc in El Cotillo are 5 mins by car or an easy 20/30 minute walk. We hope to stay at Casa Lala again. Thanks to all involved.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet setting and a few bars with food and supermarket within easy walking distance. We walked a great deal and used the bus to get round the island which is so reliable. Mariola was very accommodating and friendly. The beds are lovely and comfortable and linen beautiful.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni fantastici a Lajares, soggiornando nell'appartamento di Wim. L'host è stato davvero eccezionale, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità e prontissimo a darci ottimi consigli su cosa fare e vedere sull'isola. La casa era come ce l'aspettavamo. Inoltre, la posizione era perfetta e ci ha dato modo di esplorare tutta l’isola. Consigliamo assolutamente questa sistemazione a chiunque voglia visitare Fuerteventura

Ich hatte bereits zum zweiten Mal das Vergnügen, in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung bei Gastgeberin Natalie zu übernachten, und es war wieder eine großartige Erfahrung! Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts fehlt, und die liebevolle Einrichtung macht den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Natalie ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin – freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Beautiful stay with a calm and peaceful setting.

We booked for a 5 night stay in March, just myself and husband. The villa is beautiful and obviously large enough for a bigger party. It is very spacious, spotlessly clean and completely private, sitting in its own large grounds. The patio areas had numerous comfy chairs in different areas and plenty of sun loungers. We used the pool every day. In terms of location, for us it was perfect as we would rather have peace and quiet and privacy rather than being in the middle of a town. It was only a short drive to either Puerto del Carman one way or Puerto Calero the other. This was our first time in Lanzarote so there was plenty for us to explore. We visited all of the architect/artist Cesar Manrique’s locations and these, along with the villa, were the highlights of our holiday. As others have noted, the track leading to the villa is bumpy but nothing that our hire car couldn’t handle. Note that there is a road mirror when leaving the track and turning right.

The large house just between La Oliva and Villaverde is great for easy access to the northern part of Fuerteventura. We had a pleasant stay there and the experience with Natalia and Milagros was perfect and easy. The jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing late at night gazing at the stars and we were happy that the large pool is heated giving the opportunity to take a swim. The house is well equipped and clean and situated in a quiet neighborhood. There are some restaurants and a supermarket at walking distance but most of the time we ate at home or in Corralejo, which is only a 15 minute drive away. We can definitely recommend this place.

Een prachtige locatie, alleen is het jammer dat het huis al veel kleine gebreken heeft. Hij heeft enorme smaak van interieur. Ze zijn zeer vriendelijk. Het uitzicht is prachtig. Alleen is er in de geburen niets te beleven. Je dient je al direct te verplaatsen naar Corralego of Lojares

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mitten im Dorf, Die Ausstattung war klasse. Es gab einen Kühlschrank mit separaten Eisfach, Mikrowelle, Ofen und Kochfeld. Die Zimmer waren geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Außenanlagen sind super, es befinden sich 2 Pergola im Außenbereich die vor Sonne oder vor Regen schützen, so das man sich lange im Freien aufhalten kann. Die Lage ist sehr schön, man befindet sich direkt im Dorf mit sehr kurzen Weg zum Supermarkt oder Kneipe, wo man schnell das bekommt was man braucht. Die Lage von UGA ist auch sehr schön. Nicht weit weg gibt es sehr schöne Restaurants und viele Stellen wo man viel sehen und erleben kann. Bei Fragen rund um unseren Aufenthalt war unser Gastgeber immer schnell zu erreichen. Der Urlaub hat viel Spass gemacht. Leider war er nur 3 Wochen, wir wären viel lieber länger geblieben. Wenn es die Möglichkeit gibt, kommen wir sehr sehr gerne wieder. Unser drittes Jahr in der Casa Tara spricht für sich :) Wir lieben das schöne Haus für seine Größe & Ausstattung, den Fußweg in die Stadt mit allem, was man auch für längere Zeit zum Leben braucht – Fitnessstudio, tolle Restaurants, die Wanderroute nach Puerto Calero – die Liste ist lang. Mara und alle, die mit dem Haus in Verbindung stehen, sind so nett und immer erreichbar – bessere Voraussetzungen für eine Workation kann man sich nicht wünschen. Wir kommen wieder ;) Danke Mara und Team für eine so schöne Zeit!

Par où commencer … la maison a une vue époustouflante… que l on se trouve dans la cuisine , salon ou la chambre principale !!! C était d une propreté remarquable !! La literie et le calme était très appréciable ! La maison est habitée d une âme bienveillante !!! On voit que c est une maison aimée et non un logement à louer !!!!il ne manque absolument rien dans la cuisine pour faire un bon repas en famille …Vous avez compris nous avons adoré notre logement et l Ile et tout simplement un bijou ❤️Ramon a été d une flexibilité pour l heure d arrivée ou de départ !!! L accueil de Lydia fut solaire !!!Merci Ramon pour votre bienveillance !!!

Since setting up an Airbnb account years ago, this is the greatest Airbnb property that I have stayed in. This is without question worth booking! Marc as a host is incredible, the best host I have ever interacted with. Same hour responses (even visiting the property to help any issues we had), great local recommendations, proactive, best of all a great person to speak with too. The villa itself, spotless and everything was thought of before our arrival. We really didn't need to bring anything but our clothes, the rest you can think of was already provided. The villa is better than the photos which is saying something. Stunning views, plenty of amazing comfortable bedrooms all with their own luxury bathrooms/showers. The courtyard & poolside are my best parts. Villaverde itself has easy links on great roads to anywhere on the island you wish to travel to, with wonderful locations in close proximity. Whether you were a family like us, or friends gathering, this is hugely recommended!
