Pasamos los días de fin de año en familia. La casa es amplia, estaba limpia y con todo lo necesario de menaje de cocina. Lo único que destacaría como punto negativo serían los colchones y las almohadas, que eran un poco incómodos. La experiencia fue genial y la comunicación con la anfitriona muy rápida y eficiente. We booked this villa for a long weekend getaway for a chance to relax in some sun with a private outdoor space and pool and it was absolutely perfect for what we were after. Adrian and Denise were very responsive when needed and were incredible friendly and warm. We went as a couple so had plenty of space both inside and outside but this gorgeous authentic place would spacious enough for 6. We felt very safe being in the gated area in a tranquil street. There's a bus stop 3 minutes walk from the villa which takes you into the main centre of Torrevieja in about 20 minutes with many amenities and the marina/beach. Closer to the villa, there are a few restaurants and bars. We only managed to try Campbell Ristorante for it's well-known pizzas and they were fantastic and very cheap considering. Overall, we couldn't fault our stay and we honestly can't wait to go back - next time we'll definitely aim to stay for longer!

Lovely well maintained and clean villa with everything you would need for a relaxing break. Nice pool area with sun loungers and a rooftop terrace with furniture to relax as the sun sets. The pictures and description on the web site were accurate and up to date. The property is on an urbanisation about a 10 minute drive to the town where you will find supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. All very small and laid back, just don't expect a big bustling town. There is one bar/restaurant within a 5/10 minute walk of the villa. Bogdan gave very good instructions relating to the property and I had confidence that he would respond immediately should we have had any issues.

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

Great villa and pool, lots of nice beaches nearby

We had a fantastic stay at Kelly's villa. Two families each with young children, the added touches of games/toys and pool floats already available when you arrive really helped you settle in quickly! It is very well equipped, with the additional thought of a welcome basket giving you some essentials before you can reach a supermarket which is less than 10 mins walk away. Sun on the pool all day (which is already lovely and warm) an added bonus. Kelly is always on hand before and during your stay and replies extremely quickly to any queries. Thanks for a great stay!

We returned from Lisa & Daniels beautiful villa last week. Had an amazing stay, its so quiet & peaceful. The villa is stunning with everything to create a real home from home. Would definatley recommend to anyone to stay here & i am already looking into booking again for next year! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

Robert war ein fantastischer Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderschön, noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Auffällig war, dass die Einrichtung sehr durchdacht ist. Immer wenn wir was brauchten, fanden wir es an der richtigen Stelle vor. Vor Ort war Jennifer immer für uns da. Insgesamt hat sich die ganze Familie im Haus super wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Danke Robert.

La maison était tout simplement incroyable, parfaitement conforme aux photos. Elle était d’une propreté irréprochable, rien à redire ! Nous avons trouvé tous les équipements nécessaires, que ce soit pour cuisiner ou pour profiter des activités : tout était pensé dans les moindres détails. La piscine était très bien entretenue, et le cadre est paisible, parfait pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Un vrai coin de paradis, idyllique et magnifique. Le luxe d’avoir un court de tennis, un barbecue et une cuisine extérieure a vraiment ajouté une touche exceptionnelle à notre séjour. Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable et je recommande cette maison les yeux fermés. Un grand merci aussi à notre hôte Fini, qui a été extrêmement réactif et disponible à chaque question. Merci encore pour ce superbe séjour — nous avons hâte de revenir !

We were a family of ten covering four generations. The two youngest spent most of the time in the pool which was cleaned and checked during our stay. Plenty of floats and rubber rings etc in the shed for them. Loved the evening barbecues under cover outside on the patio. Large property with plenty of room for everyone. Could not get a taxi but some of our group caught the local bus to go to one of the water parks. Used the tennis courts next door which local people and tourists used throughout the day [ no booking required when we were there and they looked unfinished ] Cycled to the two lakes slightly inland although it was very hot and there are some long hills to get there and back so care is needed. The pink salt lake is worth a visit and I loved the red squirrels at laguna salada de la mata. See them near the entrance where there is a shaded tree area with a water tap. They may approach you begging for food although you are not meant to feed them. We had a great week !

The villa exceeded all my expectations and made me very happy. All my friends and I want to go back there some day. Both the versatile rooms and the outside were the perfect places to relax and to enjoy time together with friends. There was a lot of space. The beds were very comfortable, and all the facilities were excellent. The pool was great. Our four-day vacation at the villa was amazing. I can’t think of anything negative. The kindness of the hosts made me feel very welcome. Thank you very much for everything. This was one of the best times of my life, and I cannot think of a better place to spend quality time with my best friends.

Thank you Monica and Jaime, we had a lovely time at a beautiful resort. Hosts were extremely nice and responded in a good time. Very helpful with recommendations with cabs and boat trips for a day out. Would highly recommend.

La maison est parfaitement équipée, elle est située dans un endroit très calme avec une magnifique vue sur la mer sans vis à vis à cinq minutes à pied d’un supermarché et à dix minutes à pied d une marina et de ses restaurants. La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos Je la recommande sans hésitation.

Silvia was an absolutely phenomenal host! She was so responsive and went above and beyond on any of our queries on the lead up to our stay and during our stay also. The villa was stunning and very clean, exactly as pictured and the pool was bigger than expected. The villa was extremely family friendly (we were a party with kids and babies) and everything was set up as discussed ahead of time (baby cots, highchairs and baby bath). The villa had all the amenities you would need and more! We did 3 BBQ's whilst there. The beautiful Mucha Vista beach is very close about a 10 minute walk. A Mercadona supermarket is also about 10 minute walk which had everything we needed though we did get a taxi to a Carrefour once. Silvia also helped us to make reservations at restaurants as our party was quite big! We would 100% recommend this villa and Silvia as our host!

Had a fantastic week long stay at Sarah’s place in Altea La Vella, cannot fault it! We were 2 families with children ranging from 20 months, up to 20 years old and the place was perfect for us all. Sarah was brilliant from booking right up until the day we left. She happily sorted out a cot and highchair for us which saved us a lot of hassle! The house itself is beautiful, the photos really didn’t do it enough justice! It was 35+ during our stay so it was incredibly hot and the AC was very welcome. In the downstairs apartment there was just one AC unit however this was clearly explained in the description and we very quickly learned that keeping the door closed and AC pumping was the way to manage it. The local restaurants were gorgeous too, we loved Meliton in its beautiful garden. We even braved the hill to walk there and back which was more than do-able, even with a buggy! Local area is beautiful, the kids loved Benidorm, but Altea & Xabia were well worth the drive. Highly recommend

Villa très agréable et fonctionnelle, grande piscine privative avec plusieurs coins détente et repas, joli jardin dans un quartier calme proche du golf. Villa bien climatisée appréciable surtout en ces fortes chaleurs. Hôte très réactif. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Wir waren mit unseren drei kleinen Kindern da und es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Uns haben vor allem der große Außenbereich und der große Pool gefallen. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig. Man kann zu Fuß zu mehreren Supermärkten und Restaurants gehen und ist mit dem Auto schnell in Alicante, Santa Pola und Elche.

Amazing stay at the villa! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it had everything that we needed! Beautiful villa and surroundings - very private and serene! The pool was amazing! Host was very responsive and flexible with check in/check out. Only slight downside is the bedroom/bathroom situation. There is no main bathroom, one bedroom has an en suite and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom (you have to walk through one bedroom and the shared bathroom to get to the other bedroom) - this was fine for us (a family) but would be difficult if there were three couples sharing. Other than this, it was an amazing stay and we would absolutely return and stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Super cool mate keep up the cracking job! We were staying with 3 children and 4 adults and there was many amenities and they were as good as the pictures said. Lovely spaciousness the kitchen was very well equipped lots of cutlery and other stuff. In addition there were lots of towels and the pool is very nice and pleasant. The outdoor space is also good and we were located in an area near lots of shops and near the cultural Centre of the city we also recommend the restaurant just near it called Nankin We would definitely visit again!

Todo genial, la casa está muy aseada, ordenada y cumple con lo mostrado en las fotos. Los propietarios son muy amables y atentos a cualquier sugerencia de sus huéspedes. Toda una experiencia, tanto en la estancia en la casa, como en el entorno que hay alrededor. Super recomendable y viaje para repetir.

Mucho mejor que en las fotos la propiedad es muy grande y agradable. Disfrutamos todos los diferentes espacios. Y muy buena comunicación con la propietaria.

We agree with the positive reviews posted by the other guests. Communication during booking was very good and check in with Jan went smoothly. The villa is large, comfortable and clean and beautifully located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.
