An amazing place that afforded the best opportunity to explore Malcesine and other close by towns. Location truly allowed for relaxation and enjoyment. Great access to the tram to Monte Baldo allowing access to many outdoor activities. The home was amazing and was exactly as described. We easily made meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the patio while eating, relaxing and napping. Beds were comfortable and provided a wonderful nights rest. We would absolutely stay here again!

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Great stay, really friendly and perfect location for where we needed. Slopes close by and easy to get in and out of Mayrhofen. Hans was really helpful! Would stay again

Giuliana e Giorgio sono persone squisite, amichevoli e sempre disponibili. L' appartamento è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Trento, davvero comodo per visitare i mercatini di Natale. Molto pulito e dotato di tutti i confort!

Era la prima che con la mia famiglia,mi affacciavo nel mondo del trekking ed avendo due bimbe piccole (rispettivamente 6 e 3 anni),cercavo una soluzione abbastanza autonoma che mi permettesse di provare a fare belle escursioni ,ma al contempo trascorrere bei momenti di tranquillità. Ebbene da Victoria e Vita abbiamo trovato il connubio perfetto. Escursioni a partire proprio dal loro residence,quindi a portata di mano e senza dover per forza prendere l'auto,e per il relax l'adiacente lago con le sue spiaggette rigorosamente libere e la comoda piscina interna utilizzabile 24 H. c'è un comodo parcheggio interno. Tra gli spazi del loro curato giardino troviamo due aree barbecue accessoriate,un area gioco bimbi e un tavolo da ping pong. L'alloggio corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione,era pulito e corredato di tutto lo stretto necessario per il bagno,la cucina,lenzuola ed asciugamani. E per qualsiasi domanda gli host sono sempre gentili ed a disposizione. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

My wife, baby, and I recently had the pleasure of staying in your remarkable 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Italian Dolomite's. From the moment we arrived, we were completely enamored by the beauty of the surroundings and the charm of your accommodation. Your apartment's location couldn't have been more perfect. Nestled amidst the breathtaking Dolomites, we were treated to spectacular views from every window. It was an ideal starting point for our daily hikes and adventures in the region. We felt like we were in a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts! The apartment itself was a haven of comfort and style. Impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, it provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The one-bedroom layout was spacious and well-appointed, giving us plenty of room to relax with our little one. We were constantly in awe of the natural beauty that surrounded us. The Dolomites are truly a world-class destination.

Ho trascorso con piacere l'intero mese di Agosto al Taula'. L'appartamento di Paola si trova al primo piano di un condominio con grande ascensore con accesso diretto al garage in cui si trova il box messo a disposizione degli ospiti. Il condominio dispone anche di un grande prato attrezzato per riposo e per stendere i panni. L'appartamento è rivestito in legno, comodo, ampio, dotato di elettrodomestici e capienti spazi per custodire le proprie cose. Il paese di Vodo è molto tranquillo, pochi negozi ma un'ottima azienda agricola dove si possono acquistare prodotti caseari (compreso il gelato), carni suine e anche pranzare (previa prenotazione). Da Vodo partono passeggiate che consentono di raggiungere Borca, San Vito e alcuni rifugi. Paola è un host attento, preciso, dispensatore di preziosi consigli. E' stata una bellissima vacanza che sarei contenta di poter ripetere.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche und ein Bequemes Bett. Sauber und ohne unnötigem Kram. Der praktische Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, von wo aus die Wohnung einfach erreichbar ist, rundet das Wohlfühlpaket ab. Die Schule gegenüber hat zwischen 10-11 Uhr Pause, da gibt es natürlich Geräusche aber ansonsten gibt es da keine Unannehmlichkeiten wegen der Lage. Sehr praktisch sind auch die zwei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine etwa 10, die andere vielleicht 100 Meter vom Wohnungszugang entfernt.

This apartment is amazing! It has been beautifully designed. We really enjoyed having the two separate bedrooms with two baths. Our favorite part was being able to walk down the stairs from the apartment right into the center of town of Ortisei. It was so convenient for exploring the shops and hiking of the mountain. It is also very close to a grocery market.

Es war alles super sauber und makellos! Check-in war flexibel. 20 min braucht man zu Fuß in die Stadt, was aber (auch mit Kindern) super easy war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man mit Kindern anreist, sollte man wissen dass die Treppen sehr steil sind. Unsere Kinder waren aber alt genug, somit kein Problem. Definitiv eine Unterkunft die man empfehlen kann. Riva del Garda ist eine super hübsche Stadt und eine Reise wert !

Casa molto accogliente, vista meravigliosa e in posizione strategica. Lontano dal caos del centro ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 15/20 min percorrendo una fantastica strada panoramica. Cinzia, sempre disponibile per qualunque necessità e consiglio. Super consigliato!!!!

We definitely loved the place. It is perfect for a couple who seeks independence and being close to La Villa’s lift and equipment rental shops. It’s also walking distance from the local CONAD supermarket and pharmacy.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Lage und Größe war perfekt für ein Wochenende in Innsbruck! Fast alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und eine Haltestelle ist auch direkt in der Nähe.

Excellent séjour chez Ivo Paul. Logement ultra propre, bien situé, Ivo Paul est d’une gentillesse, disponible et est très réactif. Tout était parfait dans le logement, rien ne manquait, l’appartement est plus spacieux que sur les photos. Calme tout en étant près de tout, village de Brixen/Bressanone très charmant, belle découverte. Magnifique logement, place idéale pour visiter l’ensemble du Sud-Tyrol. À recommander à 100%, nous avons passé 7 nuits dans cet endroit, mais nous aurions aimé séjourner plus de temps dans le région, tellement il y avait des endroits à découvrir.

Liebe Daniela, 4 Tage waren wir bei dir und es hat uns so super gefallen das wir auf jedenfall wiederkommen. Die Unterkunft war einfach ein Traum,sehr gepflegt, schön eingerichtet, super sauber und mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Das Bett super bequem und die Aussicht auf die Berge im Pool einfach ausgezeichnet. Der Kaffee hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Wir würden immer wieder einen Aufenthalt bei euch machen, es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt. Sehr lecker auch euer selbstgemachter Honig und der leckere Schnaps. Vielen Dank für alles und das wir da sein durften und vier wunderschöne Tage verbracht haben. Siamo stati da Carlo per un fine settimana di relax e devo dire veramente un bel appartamento in una bella zona, comodo a tutto…l’unica pecca la pulizia, si potrebbe migliorare abbiamo trovato qualche pelo/capello anche dentro all’idromassaggio, ma non un livello esagerato,una cosa tranquilla insomma…host molto gentile,molto chiaro nel consigliarti e darti indicazioni varie… una buona esperienza

Hermann ist ein toller Gastgeber. Der Check ihn verlief flexibel und reibungslos, es gab eine Einweisung für whirlPool und Sauna. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Hermann ist immer zu erreichen und antwortet schnell. Es war ein sehr toller Urlaub!

Diese Unterkunft zählt zu unseren Top 3. eine richtige Oase! Die Einrichtung ist modern und sehr sauber; es ist alles da, was man braucht und nichts da, was unnötig vollstaubt. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht auf die Berge. Super für unsere zwei Hunde, dass die Terrasse komplett umzäunt und uneinsehbar ist. Wir werden definitiv zurückkommen.

Wir haben uns von Sekunde eins sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns wurde beim Check-in direkt alles erklärt und uns wurden Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Die Wohnung war perfekt, die Lage war sehr gut und die Ausstattung war mehr als ausreichend. Der Außenwhirpool und die Sauna waren auch sehr wohltuend und der Ausblick auf die Berge vom Pool aus war atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation lief auch problemlos ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very nice appt with great access to the ski slopes. The appt was very clean and Laura has it very well organized including a QR code that takes you to a guide with instructions and also good recommendations. There is attention to details which we very much appreciated. We had a great time. Thank you Laura!

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Kontakt. Die Wohnung würde ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen und ist auch gut für bis zu vier Personen geeignet! Das Highlight ist natürlich der Whirlpool.

Mario’s place was an excellent base for skiing and exploring in Innsbruck. Comfy bed and couch and great bathroom!
