I had a pleasant stay at Dariyus's place which is near the end of a quiet lane with little through traffic. The house is one of the few remaining old bungalows in an area with tree lined streets and rapidly growing apartment buildings. Even in the heat of the summer the house remained fairly cool and a newly installed air conditioner in the room helped with the warmer periods. However the ceiling fan with insect mesh windows open was sufficient for much of the time. The en-suite room I stayed in was upstairs with windows looking out above the front gate and to the side. Dariyus lives at the house and an excellent host checking to make sure I was comfortable yet unobtrusive and respectful of my privacy. He was also very accommodating to my late night departure and communicated promptly via chat to my questions and requests. The neighborhood is residential and yet there are plenty of nearby restaurants within easy walking distance. Keys to the gate and door made it easy to come and go.

Well-list, posh-interior, cozy and comfortable. Had a ball, house was well kept. Bathroom amenities like hand shower, faucets and clogs should be fixed, but all-in-all, had a great time with friends. Durgesh is very professional and responded super quick, giving clear instructions. Whole endeavour went without any hiccups. Good stay!

We were a group of five friends and absolutely loved our stay at Sam's Place! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The check-in was smooth, and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout. The location is great—peaceful yet well-connected to everything in Pune. It was the perfect spot for us to relax, hang out, and make some great memories. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Pune—thank you for the warm hospitality!

It was overall a good experience, the host itself seems to be very professional and experience. We felt welcoming, and instructions were clear too. It’s really safe and the location is away from huss and buzz of the city being in the city.

Nous avons réservé l'appartement entier pour 2 semaines dans le cadre d'une formation que nous réalisions à proximité. Le logement est conforme à la description et toutes les commodités sont présentes. Une femme de ménage passe plusieurs fois par semaine et permet à l'appartement de rester propre durant tout le séjour. Sheela est très accueillante et apporte conseil lors que nous en avons besoin (merci pour le contact pour les cours de Yoga). Une colline est à proximité pour s'évader quelques heures de la ville, restaurant et sont également à proximité de l'appartement. Si je reviens à Pune pour une prochaine formation, je réserverai cette appartement sans hésitation. Le seul bémol, sont les travaux à proximité de 7h à 19h, non-stop. C'est temporaire, mais cela peut rendre très nuisible, en particulier lorsque vous venez pour travailler et rechercher le calme.

5-Star Stay & Service! Absolutely loved the space and location—so private and peaceful. For our family of four, the place felt just like home. The two comfortable bedrooms and a lounge-style balcony made our evenings relaxing and serene. It’s very close to Balewadi High Street, perfect for shopping and dining. Commuting was easy too—Ola and Uber were readily available for both nearby and distant locations. Host Payal was attentive and regularly checked on us to ensure everything was perfect and we had all the assistance we needed. This was our first time booking an Airbnb, and we were truly impressed by the experience and the warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pune!

Great spot to spend few days quietly, loved the private terrace very much. Many places in Aundh are walkable from the property and that is very convenient. Everything from checkin to checkout went real smooth, I found everything I needed at the property and there was no need to contact the host except during checkin/checkout just as an FYI. Kanchan ji is very responsive while communicating. Will definitely recommend this property!

The moment we entered the place we liked it. It is very cozy with spacious living room, plenty of sitting area and pleasant decor. The kitchen and dining area is open and that makes the living area even bigger. The gallery also has a nice view of greenery. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and bedrooms and bathrooms are functional.

The place is clean and well-maintained, with a very helpful and responsive host and caretaker (Mr. Daud). It is located in a prime area close to markets cafes, and the metro and yet offers a peaceful environment. The apartment is spacious and comfortable making it suitable for travelers looking for a hassle-free stay.

The house is cozy and warm. I took me few years back living in the old style apartment and reminded my childhood. Nicely decorated rooms. Well equipped with facilities. It's simple, sweet and nice place with good vibes. Thanks Priyanka for hosting me. Would love to visit again.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was exactly as described and was decorated very prettily. Everything was clean when we arrived. The bedroom and kitchen balcony spaces open out into a small green clearing which was great. The apartment is on the top floor of a building without a lift, so it might be a bit difficult to access if people have trouble with stairs. Otherwise, we really liked the location - public transport and lots of shops and restaurants are readily available right outside the main gate.

You will certainly have a lingering aftertaste of the serenity of this place. If you are looking for solitude or a get away this place would definitely serve your needs. The owner is an interior designer and apparently traveled quite a lot which reflects in the organization of each and everything there. Personally if one pays attention to things like a 'natural' chemical free non harsh detergent in the laundry room, then that person is much like me and i would immensely respect that. Secure, comfortable, serene and homely, you would never regret it.

Aditi is a superhost and was always available when something was needed. The apartment is in a gated community and very safe. It is in a busy area and small shops for all need are just around the corner. Several small local restaurants are also within walking distance. We stayed for 2 months and it was walking distance to the DPU University where my wife participated in an exchange programme. We recommend staying with Aditi and would not min coming back
