We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home nestled in the heart of New York nature. The house feels like a hidden gem, almost like a museum, filled with unique and artistic decor that makes every corner a delight to explore. It's clear that a lot of thought and love went into creating this space. Even though the weather wasn't ideal during our stay, we were more than happy to relax and enjoy the house. Our room was one of the most beautiful we’ve ever stayed in, complete with a private hot tub that made our evenings extra special. The host was absolutely wonderful—welcoming, kind, and attentive. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish retreat surrounded by nature. We can't wait to come back!

Pam was waiting for us. She took us through the rental and made sure we were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with a great deal more than we expected for the morning's breakfast--very generous. The room was small but comfortable. We were the only guests there that night, so it was very private.

Amazing place! The property abuts Dixie National Forest and is teaming with wildlife. My wife and I saw dozens of mule deer in the evening and in the morning stopped on our way out to watch wild turkeys feeding while two big Toms strutted around for the ladies. (It's their breeding season). Great room, great hospitality, wonderful hosts and breakfast. Thanks, Rob and Paula! We will be back I'm sure.

What an amazing experience we had with Renée and Layne, who are perfect hosts. They welcome travellers into their delightful home with such kindness and joy. It is infectious! The Master Room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. There is a very large bath and a separate shower adjacent to the sleeping area. Two wash basins as well. There’s even a small separate room with large fridge and washing machine. This has a table to work on if necessary. The upstairs “suite” provides privacy but you can enjoy conversations and companionship with the hosts and other visitors in the kitchen and sitting room area. It’s a perfect place to stay. Renee has a wealth of information about the history of the area and was so kind in answering my questions about the Mormon culture. (We were visiting because a distant relative of mine is buried in the cemetery). Layne helped with suggested cycle routes. Choco is their very friendly dog. We spent two wonderful days there - very special memories.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical, it was my girlfriend that really wanted to stay here, but in the end we really both loved it. Scott was very nice and fun to talk to, breakfast was great, it's really in a great location. We will definitely stay again sometime soon!

Leslie was a wonderful host, and made our stay easy and relaxing. The location is peaceful and quiet while still giving you super easy access to Zion national Park and plenty of dining and shopping options. Highly recommended!

Great air bnb, host was very communicative and accommodating. Breakfast was yummy and served early! Close to both the Grand Canyon and Zion.

This was the perfect spot for us! I loved that we were right outside of the busyness of Zion, but so close to all the things we wanted to do. Our bedroom was so comfortable we slept like babies both nights. Honestly, I was a little nervous that we would be right on top of other guests since it wasn’t a whole house to ourselves or a hotel room, but that was never a problem. The rooms feel plenty separate and quiet. We never heard anything outside of our room. I loved the kitchen setup even though we didn’t end up needing it. If we come back to Zion, we would definitely stay here again. Lezlie was great at communicating swiftly and had everything laid out well for us. This space is truly something special!

We stayed at 4 AirBnBs while my buddy and I were making a trip to Utah's Big Five National Parks. This was where we stayed for our trip to Bryce Canyon. I cannot stress enough that this was by far the best AirBnB we stayed at. The place was great and at a good price point, but more importantly, the host was amazing. 10/10 would stay here again next time I go to Bryce Canyon or Kodachrome.

We loved our stay here. It's just a couple minutes from the Zion NP visitor center which was so convenient. They keep fresh water out for you at all times and homemade cookies which were a delightful treat at the end of the day. Great views. Great hosts. I would definitely recommend this place if you are coming to visit Zion NP!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The suite was just as described, everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The provided breakfast was great and very convenient (there was even a vegetarian option during our stay which we appreciated). Karen was super responsive with messaging and made sure we had everything we needed. We also rented their e-bikes for our day at Zion, and they provided a great video on how to fold, transport, and use them. (Definitely recommend renting the bikes if you plan on going to Zion so you get the best views and access to the park, and avoid lines for the shuttles!) We recommend staying here, and will definitely be back for our next trip to Zion!

I couldn’t have been happier with my stay, and it far exceeded my expectations. We were staying here to visit Bryce Canyon National Park, and it was an excellent location for that. Everything was clean, had a “home” feeling, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast on the morning was sooo good. I’d definitely come back here, and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking in the area!

I don’t have words to describe how grateful we are for the experience at the Zion Canyon BnB! Liz was one of the most pleasant and hospitable people I have ever met. Upon arrival Liz gave us some ideas for planning a packed day in the national park. She even prepped us a French press to send us off before 5a for a sunrise hike. The sweet dogs on property are such a positive addition to the experience. The vibes and views in the BnB are unmatched! They have pristine landscaping with peaceful water features and wind chimes throughout the property that create a slice of serenity in an already magical place. The massage chairs are beyond appreciated after a long day exploring Zion. The sense of community at the BnB is just so special. The homemade breakfast they made for us to send us off was amazing. If I could give an extra star I would! We will remember this stay forever!

Had a great day at Sydney‘s place. She is very polite responsive, respectful, friendly, and kind. Breakfast was awesome even had the pleasure meeting her parents and having great conversations happy birthday Sydney‘s mom. Wooooo… highly recommend… great place stay if going cathedral george state park 5 min away or Great Basin which we did both.. thanks again

This was honestly a great stay, very comfortable, homemade food made with love every single time, good conversation I could go on and on but trust me this is the place to go if you want to be feel comfortable.

Great place to stay in town for short or long term. Room was very clean and exactly as listed. The bed was very comfortable and I would stay here again. The breakfast in the morning was very delicious.
