Perfect for those guests needing an Extended Stay in the Fredericksburg area as every guest suite is a welcoming residential style retreat featuring a spacious living room - a separate well appointed bedroom - full kitchen equipped with Whirlpool appliances including a full size refrigerator - range - dishwasher - microwave - as well as a washer and dryer. At SCH our guests have exclusive access to our 16000 square foot Clubhouse offering complimentary daily continental breakfast and shared coworking spaces equipped with all the essentials you will need for on-the-road productivity. Our Clubhouse access includes state-of-the-art fitness center - resort style pool - game room - spa area with steam and sauna as well as a massage room. Amenity offerings can change due to the COVID19- pandemic.

The Laughing King Retreat, Honeymoon Island Suite

The Laughing King Retreat is an adults only, organic waterfront farm situated directly on the peaceful waters of the Chesapeake Bay. Your private guest suite will enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, private waterfront pool, private beach, hiking trails, miles of soft sugar sand sandbars to explore and enjoy. Road Trip Oasis | Just off I-81 Exit

The Vesuvius Suite has the best view of the Vesuvius area and is inspired by its rural lifestyle. This suite is furnished with a king bed, sitting area, night stand usb station, smart TV (with complimentary YouTube TV) and access to free WiFi. All suites have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, single vanity, and toilet. Linens and toiletries are provided. Please note that this suite is NOT pet friendly. Please note this suite is up a flight of the origional mill stairs which are steep.

Completely reconstructed & remodeled April 2019, the efficiency units are cozy yet functional, offering modern style & amenities to keep guests comfortable for either a weekend visit or a long-term stay. The Verde Suite at 249, Culpeper Downtown

A guest favorite—the Verde suite boasts a king bed with Italian linens, comfy robes, gas fireplace, balcony, large private ensuite with STEAM SHOWER, double vanity and more! This bright, cheery room overlooks the shops on Davis street and invites you to savor the views from its multiple windows. You can certainly see and feel the charm of the small town emanate from below. The Verde is located on the second floor of the hotel. No elevators. Must walk one flight of stairs to access room.

Haxall Suite - Strawberry Hill Petersburg

Stay a short walk but a world away from Petersburg's urban amenities in Strawberry Hill, a one-of-a-kind, lovingly restored home built in 1792. Once you arrive you will feel like you stepped into the 18th century. The Haxall Suite makes up the entire west wing of the second floor. Large, comfortable, and boasting lovely views of both the front and back of the property, this suite has a king bed, open sitting area around a historic hearth, private dressing room, and ensuite bathroom.
