A very good and safe location, just walking distance to the mall. The surrounding is very clean and good security. Chona respond me when we have Internet problems although the number that they provided didn't work but still they addressed my concerns, overalls it was a pleasant stay we appreciate it.

If you are going to Bacolod, look no further. This is it. One Regis is in the most Beautiful part of the town. The Condo has everything you need, the host is super nice. The Security are very friendly. There is a gym and swimming pool. 7-11 downstairs. Most of all, the view is awesome. I loved sitting at the window and watch the outside. I hope to be back again. Don’t read anymore reviews on Airbnb. Just book it.

I'm usually in Cebu once every 3 months, and this place has become my home away from home. This was my 4th (?) time staying in this unit, and like how clean and homey it feels. The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

The place feels like home! It has everything you need. From kitchen utensils, linens, extra bed, free access to subdivision ameneties and more. Most importantly, it's peaceful. It's a few kilometers away from Bohol Beach Club, Oceanica and Alona Beach. There's also a private resort near the subdivision which is great for morning walks.

A large house in a secure, gated community. Host communicates well, self check in was easy. The only thing to note, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds is positioned as an extension of the master bedroom and doesn’t have a direct access (you have to go through master bedroom to get to it). Over all a decent house that I would happily recommend!

Great place to stay for large families as it had 4 air conditioner bedrooms. Big beautiful kitchen with everything you need. 2 full bathrooms plus and extra bath and shower outside by the awesome pool right off the lanai. Very secure place that I'd definitely stay at again. Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

It was a fun and comfortable stay. What stood out is the friendliness and responsiveness of Mae Ann. The place of course was clean and all the possible needed things were provided. Stay at Mae Ann's place and have the feel of staying in the comforts of your home.
