Miss Karmine was nice, respectful, and very responsive. I think that’s what made me choose her place, I requested it to be cleaned since my aunt’s a bit dramatic and she never disappointed me—it was squeaky clean. Water’s nice, no hot showers yet but it’s aight. She’s also very generous.

I had a great stay in this condo, close to Ayala center, 7-11 and other shops. Lady Cherry was very kind and she responded quickly to my messages. I reccomend.

This airbnb exceeded our expectations. Everything was provided for, including toiletries and drinking water. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets, and although there were 7 of us, it never felt cramped. Place was quiet and peaceful, enjoyed the pool and the outdoor view. Easy to check in as the caretaker already took care of paperwork, parking was available for our 2 cars. Would definitely recommend this place!

I’ve stayed in other Baseline condos before. This condo is in best condition, new, very clean, and spacious. Also Klenn and Marje were very responsive to any and all questions. I will definitely rent here again.

This was my third Philippines condo is the past month. It was by far the nicest. I give a Five Star rating in almost every category. It is a one bedroom with sleeping quarters separate from the living room/dining area. There is plenty of of space to hang your clothes and put them away on a shelf. I was able to connect my Amazon Firestick to the TV and connect it, via VPN, to the U.S. The unit is on the 17th floor. Lots of nice touches such as a squeegee for the bathroom floor. For gym fans there is no gym. There is no balcony. Water can be ordered at front desk for room delivery. The neighborhood outside the property gate is crowded with narrow sidewalks not conducive to walking and borderline dangerous. There are no nearby restaurants with indoor seating. There is a 7/11 outside the gate. The single detractor was the abundance of cockroaches. They were ever present and everywhere. We had to rinse dishes before each use. An empty insecticide container shows this is an ongoing problem.

The unit is always clean and well-maintained. I’ve booked here a couple of times while processing medical requirements in Iloilo. Check-in is smooth, and the location is great, with nearby carenderias and a nice pool to relax in. The host communicates well and always accommodates our requests. Smooth and hassle-free transaction every time. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay at this new Airbnb. Location was accessible to Ayala mall and there is a convenience store and bakeshop on the ground floor that is open 24/7. Annie’s place was clean and had all the basic amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The toilet had a smell though, coming out from the drain and we were told it was probably because the drain hasn’t been used as it was new and the host was aware of it during the turnover of the unit. It was really the biggest downside during our stay as we constantly cleaned the toilet in the hopes of removing the smell, but to no avail. Nevertheless, Annie responded to our concerns and we still liked the place overall. Comfortable bed, had basic cutleries and crockeries, decent sized fridge, safe and secure neighbourhood, 24/7 security, and a responsive host. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed stay whilst still staying in the city center.

The hosts work very to make sure your stay is comfortable. We had a baby with us and they purchased a playpen for our use before we arrived. Amazing! The house is large. 4 comfortable large beds with AC in every room including the living room. The best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. Every appliance you can imagine including the elusive toaster! More spices than I have at home. All the little extras are provided. They even deliver the water so you don’t have to go get it. Very kind. Hot water that works in the shower. Laundry and food are walkable. There is a vegan restaurant across the street As I mentioned the hosts work very hard for you. They offer shuttle service for a reasonable fee. A large group could very comfortably stay here. I would stay here again for sure.

Absolutely loved this place. It's minimal and super clean and has all the modern amenities you could need. They even provided beach towels and there is a waterfilter on the shower head which made my hair really soft. Jungmin and everyone else at the property were friendly. There was an issue with the wi-fi for 2 days but Jungmin made a hotspot, so that was greatly appreciated. We also really liked the setup with the projector, it was super cozy. The location is quiet, only a minute away from Bulabog beach and 10 minutes away from White Beach. The only thing that would have made it even better was if we would have received the door code in the welcome e-mail so that we could have entered immediately upon arriving. Other than that we had a perfect stay!

Excellent stay and the host was extremely helpful. The villa is absolutley stunning and the stars at night have an incredible appearance from the accomodation. It is around 15 minutes on a moped into the town which is well worth the journey for such an amazing accomodation.

April and I truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Butuan City. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

I dont remember what i paid, however it was definitely worth it. I needed a last minute place because the place i booked in IT park canceled. This location is great, and Nelsons place had everything. Although i didnt use the pool, the gym was more than sufficient. The condo had enough room for my desk work station and room to do pushups and burpees. Nelson was very attentive and communicative. highly recommend.

It was a great place and we had an amazing stay - way better than I expected. Everything was pristine and in order. The bed was more than comfortable. The CR was clean and complete. All appliances are functional. I ran into a problem, and the host was so kind enough to go an extra mile (even literally) to help. Host's services and unit are all excellent in every way. Highly recommended!

All things we needed are readily available and with fun indoor games and activities. 3-night stay solely for the two of us, it was all worth it. Strong wifi connections, projector with Netflix - ready to use, karaoke and other fun stuffs.

I had a great time. The host was very nice and accommodating who even offered us to check-in early without additional charge. The place was luxurious yet affordable. The location is also accessible. Only 30mins away from airport and there is a 7/11 beside the condo. We had a blast and we will definitely go back!

We had a terrific stay , for staying in the city …the apartment was very peaceful. You have so much to do around IT park . Had everything we needed . The place was very clean , Very nice people helping whenever we needed something. Great working space by the way and very fast and stable WiFi. Nice bed and pillows too …which is not always the case in these Airbnb. And God knows I’ve been to many. And I’m picky . lol
