Notre séjour à la Villa Jade's Beach sur l'île d'Olango a été tout simplement parfait ! La maison est impeccable, offrant tout le confort aux standards nord-américains. Située en bord de mer, elle permet d'acheter du poisson frais directement aux pêcheurs locaux, une expérience authentique et savoureuse. La population est incroyablement accueillante, et les enfants du village sont adorables. L'endroit est d’un calme absolu la nuit, idéal pour se ressourcer. Kayaks et vélos sont à disposition pour explorer l’île, et Larry, le gardien, est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle : il nous a accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour avec une disponibilité remarquable. Le ferry, très accessible et fréquent (toutes les 30 minutes), permet de rejoindre facilement Cebu. De plus, la communication avec les hôtes a été fluide et agréable. Une expérience immersive incroyable, loin du tourisme de masse ! Nous recommandons à 100 % cette destination pour un séjour authentique et dépaysant.

This villa is just gorgeous. Clean, fresh and private. A perfect little getaway at a 10 minute tricycle ride from Alona Beach. I myself did not like crowded Alone beach, only went out there for a quick bite and headed straight back after to the villa for a swim and nap in the sun on one of the sunbeds in the beautiful and well cared for garden.

Everything is what is expected. It was quite difficult to get to the property because of the mud, it was raining that day when we went which is not the host fault. If it was sunny it would have been perfect. We just didn't expect that is would be very slippery and muddy. but overall it was great place to stay.

My family had a great time. The house was big and spacious, with parking area as well. Allison was a great host and was very responsive and also considerate by letting us use one room before checkin time. Would highly recommend this esp to big groups.

Our family had an amazing stay! The property is huge with so many amenities to enjoy—games, sports, swim. The kids especially had a blast, with so much space to play. The host and caretakers were welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The area felt very secure with a guard on site, which added extra peace of mind. It was also wonderfully peaceful and quiet, the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this place for families!

The host is very responsive. The caretaker of the place is very attentive and responsive too! He did a wonderful job if we had any questions or requests. The rooms were clean and looks exactly like the pictures shown in the listing, though the kitchen can be updated but still functional. They did only provide 1 small bed sheet but we made do and we didn’t request for more so it was also our decision to do so. 2/4 rooms were not equipped which is not a deal breaker. We did clarify with the host prior to arriving at the place regarding about the water heater. There’s no gate between properties so dogs leave their poop on the property which the guests stepped on a few times because it is hard to see it during the night time while walking around the grassy area. Their caretaker was on top of it though! He did great! Overall, the scenic view of the beach and our experience was great!

Quiet area of the island and a perfect place to stay for a peaceful retreat. The staff were super lovely, very helpful and the rooms were cleaned and restocked every day. The food was local and fresh making breakfast and dinner an additional thing to look forward to. Alongside the team there was the owner Marcel who made us feel so welcome and at home. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a relaxing island escape.

My family and I visited Boracay for the first time since I got married there in 2016. It was the first time my two children were visiting the Philippines as well. The home and location were superb. There was an unforeseen maintenance issue that popped up, but communication was prompt and proactive with appropriate and reasonable alternatives. The location was amazing in Station 1 and right next to one of the best restaurants we visited (definitely loved the oysters - must try). Overall would stay again and recommend.

It’s perfect for my big family. Everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed the clean pool. Care takers are very helpful.

Our Executive James was fully satisfied with his experience staying at this property. It was better than the photos. You truly have to experience it firsthand, to fully appreciate it. The host Melody was very professional, caring, attentive, and helpful whenever help was needed. Their on-premises staff were also helpful with everyday tasks and chores when asked. However, at the same time, during the entire stay, they never bothered the guests unnecessarily and instead provided full privacy. They strike the perfect balance between being helpful and providing peace and quiet. Communicating with Melody and their staff was easy, fast, and precise. My friends and I had a fantastic time here! Ronan was very responsive whenever we messaged him and helped organise us drivers to pick us up from the airport. The staff there were also very friendly and helpful, making us breakfast everyday and helping us book drivers for our activities. Pool area was a highlight too !

VILLA ON A CLIFF is a large resort with beautiful views of the ocean & surrounding islands, One of the highlights of the property as shown in the pictures is the infinity pool that hangs over the edge of the property above the ocean. Its a wonderful location to just hangout and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the waves crash against the rocks beneath, The villia is well suited for large groups because of the available space, additional villas, Its a private location, no neighbors on either side. Fay and hosts Leneh & Ricard were extremely responsive and helpful from our first contact, Fay facilitate a change in our arrivel date without any hassle. I had asked some help for Kay to arrange a private dinner date for my wife and I on our anniversary, So Kay & Leneh arranged a dinner reservation at a bueatiful local restaurant, where our table was located in a tree house, amazing experience. Thank you Fay, Leneh, Ricard for all the wonderful memories, I Highly recommend this resort.

The home was as described. Host was very helpful in arranging transposition for all of us. The home has a really nice view, and pairs well with the pool. It does has a step walk to get to the home but wasn’t anything we couldn’t handle. Thanks for everything!

Happy with our experience staying at Kelvin and Glenda's place. The beach is just a few minutes away. The property is quite and private. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. The WiFi is pretty good. Can easily recommend IslandView Holiday Villas.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Janette war super! Sie hat uns jeden Morgen mit einem tollen Frühstück verwöhnt, hatte gute Tipps um in der Umgebung etwas zu unternehmen und war sehr nett! Die ganze Anlage mit dem Blick vom Balkon übers Meer, der Pool ebenfalls mit Blick über den Pool, der tolle Garten und der Meerzugang war toll. Das einzige was uns fehlte war WLAN, damit man im Internet mal was planen und recherchieren konnte! Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert! Danke, liebe Janette!

Overall i’d say it was a great experience for my friends and i, and the host was very responsive.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das personal (besonder Rosa) waren sehr nett und Hilfsbereit . Die Villa war sehr stylish und komfortabel eingerichtet. Makellose Küche wo sie alles notwendiges finden können. Wenn Sie ruhe und Entspannung brauchen sind sie da richtig. Natur pur! Das Resort hat eigenen Strand aber es gibt auch einen wunderschönen Strand (ca 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar) dort sind auch ein paar gute Lokale und Strand Restourants mit dem ausgezeichnetem und günstigem Essen. Also ich würde diese Villa sehr zu empfehlen!

This was one of the most pleasant Airbnb stays I’ve had. The house was exceptionally clean, with housekeeping every other day, and it always smelled amazing thanks to the scented sticks placed throughout. The host was very kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. While it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest restaurants, the location is peaceful and quiet, and both Dumuluan Beach and dining spots are still within reach. Because it’s slightly off the main area, the pricing is also very affordable for what you get. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and budget-friendly place to stay with a relaxed vibe—this is a great choice.

It was was a nice stay for my wife’s family after a wedding plenty of room , the caretakers are super nice , and welcoming. Will book again in the future.
