Sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe, tri moderne kupaonice, opremljene kuhinje te prostranog dnevnog boravka. Ima i dvije privatne terase. Gostima je na raspolaganju i ograđeno privatno dvorište s roštiljem, kao i osigurano privatno parkiralište. U sklopu objekta nalazi se i veliki zajednički bazen. Apartman se nalazi svega 8 minuta hoda od pješčane plaže Pliša.

Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
