très bien ! c'était peut-être légèrement petit pour 4 mais je recommande fortement !!

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage mit Terrasse und Grundstück. Ideal für Hundefreunde, da ebenerdig. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Sonnenaufgang- super. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, WLAN, Toaster, Wasserkocher sogar Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine incl. Tabs. Roland antwortete bei Rückfragen umgehend. Ich würde wieder buchen.

Anche se il monolocale è piccolo è davvero carino! L’ambientazione “metro” è divertente. Alla fine la cosa più importante è la posizione, davvero comodissima e circondata tra tram, bus e treni! Ha anche diversi market e ristoranti vicino. Da consigliare assolutamente!

This was our second time staying at one of Rob and Pavel's apartments. As always, they were so accommodating and had thought of everything. They have kitted out the apartment with all you need for a wonderful stay, and the area is a fantastic part of Prague.

Great place to spend time with the kids, wish we stayed longer than two nights! The apartment is very functional. It has everything you need for your stay and nothing more. However, the complex itself offers lots of activities (pool, gym, sauna, etc.) you can access for free and the natural surroundings of the resort are absolutely stunning! There are also several attractions within 10 minutes drive that are well worth a visit. Like other reviewers mentioned, the complex is a bit dated, but for us this was not an issue because it's generally well-maintained. We stayed in the apartment with 3 kids and it worked for us. Definitely planning to return to the area and would consider again Corinne's place.

My wife & I are in our late 70’s. Everything about the apartment made us feel comfortable and safe. It doesn’t pretend to be pristine & new, just a welcoming home from home. It’s right in the heart of the old town, easy walking to explore the town, go to the Thermal Spa & enjoy relaxing in the thermal pools, take the funicular rail to over-view the town. Host Marketa is responsive, efficient, and extremely helpful. All good!

Már másodszor voltam itt. Most is nagyszerű volt. Ha egyedül érkezel Prágába munka vagy tanulás miatt, mindenképp ajánlom.

Perfect stay at Ron and Pavels place! Certainly recommend to anyone looking for a spacious, quiet, safe and clean apartment in Prague. Both beds were super comfy and we really appreciated the little details that were included and the balcony was a bonus!! Thanks so much both!

Wir haben uns in unseren 3 Tagen in Prag sehr wohlgefühlt. Man ist schnell bei der Metro-Station und damit schnell in der Stadt und die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht! 😇 Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir nochmal nach Prag kommen.

The unit was exactly as described: tidy, well-furnished, and a great value for the size. I spent exactly one week here and appreciated the proximity to Ladvi (where I had work obligations). 10/10 — would certainly come back again!

Magnolia Residence is a beautifully refurbished property in an ideal location—close enough to explore the best of Old Town yet peaceful enough to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedroom. It had everything we needed for a hassle-free stay. The location couldn’t be better—within walking distance to major attractions and just steps away from metro, tram, and bus stops (including FlixBus stations for longer trips). A convenience store is also just 50m away, making it easy to grab essentials. The host was very responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Whether traveling solo, as a couple, or with family (2-3 people), this apartment is a great choice. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Apartament bardzo przyjemny i czysty, a proces zameldowania, dzięki jasnym instrukcjom gospodarza, łatwy. Z mieszkania jest bardzo blisko do stacji metra, dlatego dojazd do centrum nie sprawia problemu. Polecam!
