Louise's place was clean and quiet. Enjoyed my time outside on the patio and beach.

Stayed at a couple places in edgewater but chinas place was quiet & homey. Loved it would definitely stay again!!

Lovis was an excellent host! My family and I arrived at the Airbnb quite late, but Lovis was incredibly accommodating and maintained great communication with us throughout. We truly appreciate the hospitality—thank you again, Lovis!

Do not hesitate!! David was an amazing host! The condo was exactly as described and a perfect location for our trip. Everything from start to finish, allowed us to have a relaxing and fun time. The condo is clean with all the necessary amenities and the BED is huge and Very Comfortable. Plenty of free parking. The view is amazing, waking up in the morning and watching the sunrise and the waves hitting the beach through the huge window was great. The view is unmatched. This condo is within walking distance to Landshark, Crabby's and The Ocean Deck. So while your time at the beach and pool are quiet, you can enjoy good food, live music and beach bars. Do not forget Adam's Egg, located on the property, great little breakfast spot. Thank you David, we hope to come again!

We enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place. Our group was comfortable and felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable. We were right off of the main highway, but didn’t feel it, with the trees surrounding us. The access to the beach was key. Thank you Ashley, we will definitely consider your place when visiting Florida again.

Our stay at this delightful and extremely comfortable home was made even more pleasurable by the presence of Suzanne and Jan. They made sure we didn't just stay in 5 Star accomodation, but they made us feel like 5 Star guest. Their attention to details was impressive, nothing was overlooked, it could not feel more like a home if it were our own home. We highly recommend this Mt Dora gem, will certainly be returning. But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! This is a super cute place in a quiet neighborhood with lots of walking paths and playgrounds. The house was adorable. It had a very spacious living room and a fully functioning kitchen to make a variety of meals. The beach and downtown are a short drive away. I would highly recommend this home!

Stayed a few days for NCA college nationals. Great location for the price. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The tiki bar, pool, and easy access to the beach made for a great time!

Our stay was wonderful and this condo is beautiful. Exactly as described and pictured. Probably even better. Bed are amazing ! Best part of a good stay is the beds and all 3 were 10/10. Loved the space, the view and the beautiful decor . I would recommend all day long and I would also return to the building and this condo. Easy parking, lots of great upgrades being done to the place. Pool super nice salt water and nice and warm. Lots of chairs to sit on and rented umbrella and loungers on the beach multi days. Loved that they provided beach chairs and boards from the common area for my son to use which made the waves even funner. Overall a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

Although it started off rough the host WAS VERY RESPOVISE AND fixed the issue immediately . The place overall was great , will book again. The host was outstanding , will book again.
