We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad! Charlotte is super aardig en communicatie was zeer goed. Het huis was erg mooi en lekker ruim. Zeker aan te raden!

Een fantastische plek, wat een geweldig huis, ook de tuin erbij is groots.Heel veel aandacht voor inrichting en decoratie. Communicatie was erg prettig en constant mogelijk voor hulp.

We zochten een verblijf die geschikt is om een baby mee naartoe te nemen en activiteiten die dichtbij te doen zijn. Missie geslaagd! Het verblijf was van alle gemakken voorzien. Modern, netjes en we zijn door de host uitgebreid voorzien van informatie van het huis en de omgeving. Winkels en supermarkten soms al binnen 100 meter afstand. Enig nadeel van de omgeving is dat op zondag bijna alles dicht is. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

I wanted somewhere for our family to relax. Arjen's house was perfect. It's a beautiful space, or rather, a collection of beautiful spaces. We were also lucky enough to be there when the orchard was full of fruit. Arjen was brilliant to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

Samen met een aantal vrienden uit het buitenland hebben wij een korte week in het huis van Justine mogen verblijven. De communicatie voorafgaand het verblijf verliep er simpel en de verwachtingen voor beide partijen was duidelijk en prettig ervaren. Het huis is gelegen in een rustige en vriendelijke omgeving waaruit je makkelijk bij het openbaar vervoer kan komen. De ruimte in en rondom het huis is ruim voldoende voor 10 personen. Vanuit het treinstation kan je heel makkelijk bij Utrecht Centraal komen in ongeveer 20 minuten reistijd waarna je dan makkelijk de andere steden kunt bezoeken. Kortom het was een erg leuke ervaring en we bevelen het huis van Justine aan iedereen aan die graag Utrecht en omstreken wilt ervaren.

Lots of space inside and outside, very secluded. The house has everything you need. Some other houses nearby but the garden around the house gives a lot of privacy. There are bikes available, giving a lot of options for exploring the surrounding nature and towns.

Wir waren mit Freunden vor Ort Judith als auch die gastgeberin vor ort waren sehr hilfreich freundlich und nett, gute Kommunikation. Das Haus war schön und hielt was es versprach. Zu dem war es zu Zeit wie bei uns als wir gebucht haben im Januar sehr gut den Kamin & den Heizpool zu haben:-) Vielen Dank gerne wieder.

Fijne plek. De badkamers, sauna en tuinuitbouw/serre met uitzicht op weide met paarden sprongen eruit. Veel zitplekken in de ruimtes, en grote tafel voor een bordspelletje. Opletten: de 2-persoon kamers hebben 2x enkelbedden. De gedeelde, grote kamer (6p) is de enige met een 2-persoonsbed. De autoweg direct naast het terrein was te horen (vond ik niet enorm storend, maar wellicht anderen wel)

Dennis ist ein sehr netter Mann, wir haben keine einzige Schwierigkeiten bei Checkin oder Checkout gehabt, das Haus ist wunderschön und ist mit allem eingerichtet. Man braucht kaum was mitzunehmen. Die Küche das Bad Schlafräume war alles schön und wunderbar.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und der große Tisch einfach klasse für große Gruppen (Essen, Spieleabend). Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Alles in Zwolle ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Everyone who stayed with me and everyone who visited were in awe of this house. Easily the nicest AirBnB I've ever stayed in, and despite feeling like we were in our own beautiful world we were actually very close to everything you'd need in Zeist. Brenda was also an amazing and very communicative host so overall a 10/10 stay.

We stayed at this lovely AirBnB with 5 couples. We rented the entire residence and we all were extremely impressed with our accommodations and hosts. The property was as it was described and more. This location was central for us to journey out for day trips all over the Netherlands. Our hosts were top notch and provided great knowledge about the surrounding area. The common areas provided great place to gather and our rooms were a beautiful space to retreat. We would highly recommend to anyone, whether renting a room (as the bed and breakfast) or the entire home! Thank you to Matt and Csilla for creating a beautiful atmosphere for us to holiday as a family.

Prachtige groepsaccomodatie. Mooi uitzicht over de natuur. We boften met het weer: vooral buiten geweest. 5 heerlijke slaapkamers die allemaal een badkamer hebben. Tip: Wijk bij Duurstede

Hallo, wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und der Gastgeberin. Das Haus war wunderschön am Fluss gelegen und bot ausreichend Platz. Allerdings hatten die Türen in den oberen Zimmern etwas Spiel und keine Dichtungen, weshalb sie immer wieder zugeschlagen sind. Abgesehen davon war die Ausstattung der Küche und des gesamten Hauses hervorragend. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie kam bei unserer Anreise sogar noch einmal vorbei und brachte zusätzliche Bettwäsche mit, falls wir eine weitere benötigt hätten.

Good, clear and friendly communication. They were not there to check up on checking in/out, but they were trusting us leaving the place as intended. There is a lot of outer space and a nice hot tub. We were able to take wood from the stash and just pay for what we used. We were with a group of 12 (10 adults + 2 kids), there was plenty space inside, a nice long table en enough kitchen amenities to cook.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’hôte était très charmante, avec un accueil chaleureux et sincèrement sympathique. Le cadre est paisible, reposant et parfaitement entretenu. La maison est d’une grande qualité, décorée avec goût, et dotée d’équipements modernes et très appréciables. Nous avons tout particulièrement aimé le calme du lieu et la propreté irréprochable. Seul petit regret : la piscine, non chauffée, était malheureusement trop fraîche pour en profiter pleinement à cette période. Cela reste néanmoins une très belle adresse que nous recommandons chaleureusement. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience!
