Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war wie beschrieben und entsprach den Bildern. Es war sehr sauber und alles wie neu, trotzdem gemütlich und mit vielen schönen Details.

This place is absolutely stunning!! We were a bit nervous because of the pictures being computer generated, but it literally looks like that and even better in person. The unit is brand new (hence the plan pictures) I believe it’s the only occupied unit in that building. The location is super quiet, there is a beach literally in front of it! You can also walk along the coast line almost through the entire town. The rooftop is AMAZING! We swam in the pool and used the hot tub. There is a small store walking distance for any necessities. We didn’t really enjoy any of the restaurants near by, however, there is plenty good restaurants within a 15 minute drive. And lastly, the host is wonderful. She met us at the unit and explained everything to us. Very friendly and hospitable.

Beautiful spot! Extremely accommodating and the amenities were great. Walking distance to downtown Split. Only downside is when using the patio/hot tub enjoying the view, there is 10 big garbage cans directly below…

L'accueil était exceptionnel, Ivana nous a accueilli avec simplicité et bienveillance. Sa maman nous a accueilli avec un gâteau maison. Le lieu est isolé, calme et authentique. Je recommande.

We had a lovely stay at Ivana's in Kastel Stari. The flat is spacious and well furnished. The outside area and swimming pool are great. Ivana was very welcoming and responsive. We had a late flight back and Ivana allowed us to stay a bit later, which was gratefully received. Kastel Stari and surrounding areas are beautiful. Lovely beaches and lots of good places to eat and drink.

Karla's Lusso Apartment was everything we'd hoped for, and more, for our city break in Split. The apartment was clean and modern with amazing views out of the bedroom windows and balcony to Split Marina and Harbour, watching the boats come in and out. Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned to explore the area, with some great walks, quiet beaches and Split Old Town, Riva Promenade and Diocletian Palace, all just a few minutes' walk away. There's even a superb Pizza restaurant, just across the road with some of the best pizzas I've tasted outside of Naples. There was so much to do, so much history and culture and some superb bars, restaurants and gelaterias. The apartment is also close to the base of the steps up to Marjan Hill for some superb views and photo opportunities. Karla and her husband were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is beautifully furnished with everything you need...comfortable beds, good showers and even a small sauna! Highly recommended.

Very nice place, nice view from the roof top jacuzzi and sauna are very nice. A bit far from town center but taxi to go there is only 4€. If I come back to zadar it will definitely be my first choice !

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Apartment in Split! Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft unserer Gastgeber. Sie waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und stellten sicher, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Wir würden dieses Apartment jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt in Split sucht.

Wir wahren total zufrieden Der Strand war zu fuss in 4 min zu erreichen nächster supermarkt ca 15 min zu fuss tv gab es ausreichend deutsche Sender Küche war gut ausgestattet Kommunikation war super schnell und freundlich Alles in allem absolut fantastisch ich danke für dieses tolle urlaubserlebniss

Très bon accueil de Jana dans ce bel grand appartement ou l'on se sent plus dans une maison. Il est située dans un quartier résidentiel près d'un parc et de la mer et son emplacement est idéal pour la visite de Split et se baigner

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement ! Lorsque nous sommes arrivés on a été ravis de constater qu’il était très propre et qu’une bouteille d’eau avait été placée au congélateur ce qui nous a fait du bien, c’était une agréable attention! Il est parfaitement situé, la plage est juste en bas de la rue, il y a une supérette pas très loin ou l’on peut s’y rendre à pied, une place de parking est disponible également en bas de l’immeuble. Nous avons également été bien accueillis par Maria et elle était très réactive lorsque nous avons eu quelques questions. La salle de spa était très agréable, la tarification s’effectue pour 2h de pur détente dans un très grand jacuzzi.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Dora! The apartment is new, modern and well equipped. Clean towels was provided several times during our stay. The pool area is likewise spotless clean and very nice with comfortable sun beds. The apartment is surrounded by olive trees and beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Boat service for Trogir leave from the small marina at the beach, we really enjoyed Trogir which is very charming and with great restaurants. Ante is a great host, very friendly and helpful.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was super clean, it was even bigger than it looked in the photos. It was well equipped, we found anything we needed and even more. Also the location was great - few minutes walk from the beach and marina where you can find many restaurants. The communication with Dario was flawless too. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment. Highly recommend! 😊

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and met us at the apartment to walk us through everything, which we really appreciated. The fridge and pantry were generously stocked with food and drinks—such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic—just a five-minute walk to the Old Town, and we loved being able to look out over the water. While there is a large construction project next door, it was surprisingly quiet and didn’t impact our stay at all. A couple of things to note: the master bedroom shower is open to the room, which wasn’t a problem for us but might be worth knowing in advance. The second bedroom has its own sink and shower, but the toilet is located outside the room and shared with the main living area. Overall, we absolutely loved the apartment and wish future guests a great visit!

The apartment is not big for 4 persons, but it is cozy and you have everything you need. Located in 30 min walk to the beach. We didn't meet Marijana in person, but communication over the phone was very friendly and we received all the information very quickly.

We loved our stay during the Easter time. Very private and peaceful. Zadar is the city that is the nearest, approx. 20min drive. Beach access and good internet. Recommended!

Šime’s home is in the heart of the old town, just below the fortress, a charming 10 minute walk on limestone paths, up and down stairs, from the nearest parking. The house was immaculate with two comfortable bedrooms on the lower floor and a beautiful living room, dining room, and kitchen on the upper floor with spectacular sunset views. The lower level of the house has a bar, hot tub, and sauna, as well as a second large bath. We were thoroughly charmed by the location in the heart of the old town, and by the views across the water. Šime was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Miejsce na 5/5! Spędziliśmy tutaj wspaniały czas i zdecydowanie polecamy każdemu, kto szuka spokoju w pięknym otoczeniu. Domek jest bardzo zadbany, czysty i w pełni wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzeba do komfortowego pobytu. Miejsce jest trochę oddalone od centrum (około 20 minut samochodem i 10 min od lotniska), ale dzięki temu naprawdę można się tam zrelaksować. Żadnego hałasu i tłumu ludzi. Gospodarze byli niesamowicie mili i pomocni, dbając o to, żeby niczego nam nie brakowało, można u nich zakupić owoce, wino oraz oliwę. Warto zaznaczyć, że na działce znajduje się również inny dom, w którym mieszkają inni goście, jednak absolutnie nam to nie przeszkadzało. Każdy miał swoją przestrzeń i prywatność. Zdecydowanie wrócimy tutaj przy najbliższej okazji! Miejsce godne polecenia

My family & I stayed here (2 adults & 3 young children) and we loved the house! We were welcomed with fresh bread and cake, and it was very clean. Everything was just as described and pictured, the pool was lovely to relax around, and the large outdoor grill and sauna were fabulous to have. We really didn't want to leave! Josip is a fantastic host and was always very responsive to any questions, including helping us with groceries due to Easter closure and providing a travel cot on request. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore the Zadar & surrounding area, Old Town is a short drive away, and we also travelled to Plitvice Lakes which took around 2 hours. Overall an extremely pleasant stay; clean, spacious and excellent amenities. Thankyou!

Alles super - tolles Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Josipa war sehr gut erreichbar & sehr freundlich. Auch Marina, alles top!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Danijela und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall nochmals buchen. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben aufgefunden und uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Lage hat Vor- und Nachteile, es ist sehr privat und fernab der regulären "Touri-Orte", allerdings braucht es eine Weile, um ans Meer oder nach Zadar zu gelangen (immer ca. 40 Minuten). Für uns hat die idyllische Aussicht aber definitiv überwogen und die weiteren Fahrten wett gemacht. Kleine Mini-Minuspunkte waren, dass eine der Spülmaschinen nicht ging, dass es nur ein Laken pro Doppelbett gab (wir waren nicht mit Pärchen unterwegs) und dass es direkt in der Unterkunft keine Möglichkeit zum Trocknen der Klamotten gibt, ein Wäscheständer wäre unserer Meinung nach noch super.
