Air conditioning and floor heating in all rooms. It is located in charming village of Žgombići not far from Malinska on the island of Krk.

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Centar grada udaljen je 700 metara,udaljenost do plaže 800 metara. Na raspolaganju su vam klima uređaj, WiFi, SAT-TV, zajednički roštilj i parkirno mjesto u dvorištu. Kućni ljubimci nisu dopušteni.

Apartment Street is quiet and great for a night of sleep and private parking is also provided inside the historic city walls!

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
