Enjoyed Waco!!! Location was excellent for the Magnolia facilities!!!

Great place to stay while in Waco. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The location was close to all sorts of cute downtown shops. I would definitely stay here again if in Waco again. The only thing I’d advise future guests is that the place is currently best for 2 sharing the queen bed, (or 2 adults with a small child). The couch is uncomfortable to sit on, so I can’t even imagine trying to sleep on it.

What I appreciated the most was the detailed accurate description of the place, and the clear instructions regarding checking in and out. We knew just what to do and what to expect. We were only here one night and didn’t get in until after midnight. We had no problems with the gate code, building code, or room code. The home was clean and free of clutter. Multiple outlets. A good selection of pots, pans, silverware, etc for cooking/dining in. I heard the train and vehicle noise outside but it was more like white noise and did not bother us at all as far as sleeping. The location is great, close to the Silos, where we were visiting. The owners sent multiple helpful messages regarding checking in and out and friendly reminders, which was very appreciated. We would consider staying here again.

Rodney is a great host. He was there when we needed him to teach us about the tv remotes and scarce otherwise. We enjoyed spending time with family in Meridian and coming “home” to peaceful and pleasant surroundings to just relax. Thanks, Rod❣️

Clean and tidy space! Felt like a safe neighborhood and secure building. Close to everything to do in Waco! No complaints!

Its nice and private in about a 15 minute you can be at any store or restaurant. I think its perfect

I enjoyed the host and location. I liked the extra lights in bathroom mirrors and windows. It is located in an area where you can’t find much for temporary living. The community is great. Accommodating and helped with my transition to living in this part of Texas. Many areas nearby. Big fridge and neighbors are spread out.

I couldn't have picked a cozier place to spend a rainy Waco weekend. Everything was so clean, cozy and comfortable. I will definitely be returning in the future!

The Millers were very much in communication with me doing my stay at their establishment. The Air Bnb was very clean , organized, fresh and I’d recommend it to anyone interested in a peaceful, quiet , secluded , and restful stay… I’m looking forward to staying here again in the near future..

I stayed 10 days. The apartment was great. I really appreciated that all the TVs were signed into Netflix. The work desk was very comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. You are next to any tow truck place and across the street from a car repair. There was some noise first thing in the morning, but other than that I was able to go right back to sleep.
