The Baby Blue Cottage - Fixer Upper, Season 3

The Baby Blue Cottage, featured in Season 3 of Fixer Upper has a fun ecklectic vibe and so many unique design features. The house boasts an open concept kitchen, bonus sunroom/living space with daybed and an isolated master bedroom. Joanna’s design has been painstakingly recreated to closely match her original furnishings and feel. The house is on a quiet tree lined street, a short 7 minute drive to the Silos. Close to downtown, coffee shops, restaurants, Cameron Park and Baylor University.

The Cahill- Magnolia Brewery House c 1894

Built in 1894, this completely restored, one-bedroom home boasts 12' ceilings, original bead-board panelling and a huge bathroom. Relax in the clawfoot tub or cook up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The huge, fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out and have a barbecue on the provided grill. End the day in the comfy king size bed and any extra guests can use the futon or air mattress in the living room. Only 4 blocks from the Silos and right across I-35 from Baylor.

Willow Spring Farm is a peaceful, gated acreage ideally located near Baylor University, downtown Waco, and the Silos District. With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in.
