This was exactly what i was looking for and matched the pictures. Lovely attentive host who answered all questions I had immediately. Very private and I felt very safe. To me this place had everything that I wanted or needed. Very clean and organized which was very important to me when picking a place. Would absolutely stay here again. We came to BA to say our final goodbyes to my grandfather and Grady’s home was a cozy and perfect place to stay while going through a difficult time. We are very grateful for this home and our kids loved seeing the horses and we loved how close it is to the rose district. Thank you Grady for your accommodations and thoughtful touches to the home.

Beautiful home! Clean, neat and in a secure neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable. Cortnee was very responsive and detailed on helpful instructions when checking in. We recommend staying here!

Lindsey was a great host very quick to respond and even had someone come out to the house to help us get logged into the WiFi. Being able to have a fully stocked house and kitchen made the stay feel very comfortable like we were at families house. Great outdoor space and comfy inside space. This house was amazing! Just like the pictures and host was quick to response to any questions we had. It has a big backyard! We loved the hot tub 10/10 recommend for anyone staying in Tulsa. We will definitely book here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at BA- BoHo Chic! It was clean, spacious, and a perfect setting to relax and enjoy time together as a family! Well-stocked and everything labeled— amazing! The hot tub was great, and easy to use! We walked down to the Rose District every day— cute shops, District Burger was fabulous, and just to get out and explore— it was so close and nice to have such a walkable area. We really enjoyed our weekend here and definitely recommend it if you are in the BA area!

We were in town for a wedding and had everything we needed! The home was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. The home was a short walk from the Rose District with access to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in Broken Arrow!

Excellent spot to post up for a cozy winter get away! Great bird watching and awesome spot for a nature walk. The hot tub was wonderful. Will be going back next winter!

The house was very inviting and beautiful everyone was very comfortable . The teenagers and adults loved the arcade game and boards games. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. The sauna was relaxing and the hot tub was extremely relaxing. Stephen communicated and was very helpful in getting us information on a fishing guide. We never made it to any restaurants we enjoyed being at the house relaxing. Beds were comfortable and great hot shower and lots of water pressure. I can’t wait until our next fishing trip we will be back.
