We had a wonderful stay at Alsults place! We felt very comfortable from the moment we stepped inside. It was nice that the air-condition was already turned on when we arrived. The private pool with sea view was a highlight – clean, refreshing and perfect for relaxing. The house is well-maintained, well-equipped, spacious, spotless and in a peaceful location, ideal for unwinding. The beds were very comfortable and communication with Alsult was friendly and easy throughout. The washing machine was a huge plus. We can absolutely recommend this Airbnb. Check out White Beach in Fins for swimming with turtles in crystal clear water and for watching glowing bioluminescence in the evening in the dark.

We arrived during the cyclonic storm of February, after a thrilling drive from Muscat where we had to pass some flouds over the streets. Happy to finally reach the appartment. Due to the extreme weather conditions (very rare in Oman, it only rains 3 days a year), there were some leaks in the appartment. The owner gave our family instantly an upgrade to another appartment nextdoor (i think nr 1 or nr2), which was really twice as nice, very comfortable and furnitured with very high standaards. The owner also helped us with relevant info for our coming days (about the conditions of the roads towards the Desert & Jebel Akhdar), which we really appreciated. Also the housekeeper did a great job in securing our family during the severe weather conditions. Unfortunatley, we did not manage to go the FInns beach, Tiwi beach, or Wadi Shab due to extreme flouds, but anyway we felt safe in the house, and the owner offered us to stay as long as the weather conditions did not allow us to travel. Top!

We loved staying here. It was truly a luxurious experience which was perfect for us on our relaxing stay in Nizwa. It is close by to the old city just an 8 minute drive (mainly taken up by needing to uturn as it’s on the other side of the highway). The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the rooms were wonderful. The place is extremely clean, smells amazing, is beautiful and looks better than the pictures! The bathrooms were also very comfortable and the amenities were great. Parking is also easy. At one point during the day one of the neighbors was doing construction and that night they also put unpleasant smelling fertilizer which made it more difficult for us to enjoy outside but the host assured us this is not typical and the smell was gone by the morning and we relaxed outside again. The host is also very responsive and forgiving and helped us a lot during our stay. If you are hesitating to book this place, do not hesitate. Book your stay with Azzan now and thank me later!

This apartment was great, a real comfortable space very well thought out and finished to a great standard. The apartment is super private and quiet, it’s on the beach road into Bimmah and doesn’t see much traffic. We spotted sea turtles from the beach across the road and it’s only a 10 min drive to the sinkhole. Make sure you arrive with food there is very limited options of supermarkets and takeaways nearby.

Nice and clean villa to spend out time with family or friends. I like the outdoor space of the villa since it has everything required for a family trip e.g. outdoor sitting, pool, play area for kids. BBQ grill etc. the kitchen was also well equipped with all the essentials. Location is also good with beach just couple of mins walk away only. Overall the place is highly recommended to stay when in Ashkarah.

Badar was super helpful and friendly in organising a boat tour for us and recommending restaurants! The hut has a beautiful view and is very comfortable. It is around a 10min car-ride into the city center, located right above a small green area at the water. We spent a great night there!

It has been a great pleasure staying at this beautiful and luxurious house! Bedrooms and bathrooms are so generous! We also liked the outdoor ligthing in the evening. Location with a nice beach right in front of the door and situated between Sur and the Wadis is very convenient to explore the area. On top, Musallam gave us very useful tips and was always very helpfulness.

Abu Hamid was fantastic—so friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The caravan itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. The outdoor area was a real highlight for us, with plenty of comfortable seating and a view of the sea that was absolutely breathtaking. We spent hours outside, relaxing and taking in the scenery. The location right by the sea and close to Bimmah Sinkhole and Wadi Shab and Tiwi made it even more special. This stay exceeded all our expectations, and we would absolutely love to return someday!

The house is truly impressive in terms of size. In particular, the living room with the kitchen is huge. The three bedrooms upstairs are also excellently laid out. The furnishings are fantastic as well-everything you need is there (including a coffee machine). The location is very quiet, even though there is a lot of construction going on in the area. The only thing we didn’t like was the 10 a.m. checkout time, which is simply too early. Recommended!
