Apartment “Stüberl” The apartment consists of a hall, a kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom and a living room (there is a sofa bed where other 2 people can sleep). In front of the apartment there is a terrace facing the courtyard. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with articles of daily use like dishes, towels, bedclothes and so on. All existing devices (TV, radio, dishwasher, electric kitchen stove, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board) can be used. In the kitchen there is also a wood stove available. In order to protect the environment hot water is heated by a solar system. Also, the power used is largely produced by a photovoltaic system. In winter the apartment is heated with an Pellet central heating but can also be heated with a wood stove. Firewood is provided. Wireless internet is available free of charge. There is also a second apartment named “Haupthaus” in the former farmhouse. The second apartment can be rented separately.

Diese Ferienwohnung wurde im Juni 2017 fertiggestellt. Sie liegt im rechten Trakt unseres Hofes und ist durch die Toreinfahrt direkt begehbar. Wie aus den Fotos zu sehen, ist sie mit wunderschön restaurierten antiken Bauermöbel eingerichtet. Sitzplätze gibt es im Hof Besonderes Angebot: Ihr könnt hier mit dem eigenen Pferd Urlaub machen! Da unsere Gemeinde jetzt Tourismus-Abgaben in Rechnung stellt, bitten wir euch uns diese vor Ort bar zu bezahlen. Heuer beträgt sie 2,60/Erwachsenen/ Nacht

Romantisches Mühlhaus an der Thaya

Dieses mindestens 500 Jahre alte Mühlhaus besticht durch die einzigartige ruhige Lage, direkt an der Thaya. Sie bewohnen eine kleine Wohnung im Mühlhaus, mit separaten Eingang, im Süden gelegen, mit Vintage-Flair, das möchte ich dazu sagen. Die Wohnung ist nicht neu, aber gemütlich. Dafür gibt´s auch einen alten Küchenofen, mit dem man einheizen kann, Holz ist ausreichend vorhanden, sowie einen Kaminofen mit Sichtfenster für gemütliche Abende. Der Innenhof lädt zum Entspannen am Abend ein.

The Old Bakery

The former bakery is part of a historic mill complex on the banks of the Thaya River, right in the district capital of Waidhofen an der Thaya. For a long time, flour from the mill next door was processed into bread in these premises. Grain still plays a role here today: on the property, organic craft beer is now brewed, and you can spend relaxing vacation days here – in the countryside, yet with all amenities in close proximity.
