Bike, Walk, Run to the beach and enjoy all it has to offer. 25min Drive to Dunedin. PLEASE NOTE One of the bedrooms is accessed through the master bedroom (this is the room we have set with baby/kid's floor house beds) The second bedroom has a set of bunks - Top bunk only suitable for child/pre teen.

Karaka Alpaca B&B Farmstay

Merton Park farmstay

We are a small self sufficient farm with friendly goats, donkeys, alpacas and cattle. We have free range chickens in the orchard and ducks on the pond. We grow much of our own fruit and vegetables. We have 87 acres of hillside you are welcome to explore. Right on the main road, but peaceful and private, we are only 30 minutes' drive from Dunedin city centre, and 10 minutes from delightful beaches, friendly villages, and a bird sanctuary.

Our little unit/cottage where a family friend had been living became vacant and I had the perfect recipe for looking after my soul, redecorate and give the cottage a new lease in life as well as myself, unfortunately my husband has passed on but his memory will always be part of the cottage.
