Reid and Amanda are absolutely wonderful hosts, and their apartment is beautiful. They are so friendly and helpful. I felt at home right away. The location was quiet, private, and ideal for me. Highly recommend!

The place is perfect for us to for our staycation just a few blows away from glenwood so easy walking distance to restaurants. Also great view from a high floor.

Fantastic stay- unit was well stocked and as described with everything I needed. Hosts were responsive and provided a lot of helpful information. Great area with a lot of activities. Especially enjoyed the balcony views and rooftop pool.

My friends and I had an amazing stay!! The pictures don’t do this place justice. We felt right at home. We truly appreciate the extra mile they put forth. We will definitely stay again whenever we are in town.

We enjoyed our stay and the place was perfect for the 4 days we were there. The place looks exactly like the photos with plenty of space. We were close to good food with numerous coffee shops close by. We will absolutely stay here again when we are in town.

Very cute house! The driveway is longer and narrow. There are three parking spots shared by the nearby houses that also use the same driveway. So it’s a bit tricky parking due to the tight spacing. Overall great stay! Plenty of towels and very clean space.

Good spot to stay at with nice porch in a quite newish or hood, although it’s not close to much. Great hosts that repo d quick and are very accommodating. I would recommend this house and host to anyone

Freshly renovated, super comfortable and in a great location to walk for cocktails or dinner.

The house was very easy to find. It is close to many different restaurants and grocery stores which was very nice. Hosts respond to messages quick and are very helpful when it came to checking in. I had a group of 6 guests and everyone loved the space/area. We all felt right at home.

Everything inside the home was great! The steps to get upstairs were a little steep but we managed. Everyone loved listening to the frogs at night and watching water birds during the day.

The house was beautifully kept and my partner and I felt right at home! We had an easy check in and Chibuzo was responsive when I had questions! My partner and I would stay here again!

There are clear instructions for anyone not used to the uniqueness of an eco friendly tiny house. The loft is super cozy. We got a wonderful sleep. The bed linens were very soft - so soft I had to ask where they were from! The kitchen is set up thoughtfully. There’s even a French press for coffee lovers. There was a small mirror for anyone to use for make up AND facial wipes to get ready for bed with ease. A sweet yard cat is always a bonus! We were in town for a show at the beautiful Carolina Theatre. There were restaurants and bars close to that and it was all less than five minutes away. Tens across the board. We loved it.

Christina was so quick to respond during the reservation process as well as during our stay. Her little cottage was a delight from the convenient layout, the cleanliness, the large fenced in back yard which was particularly wonderful for our dogs, and the hacienda feel. She even had a bag of ice in the freezer, such a welcomed "find." We will definitely stay there whenever in the area. The location is convenient to the highway and only minutes away from whatever you might want. We were in the area for a dog show so didn't venture out too much . When not at the show, we simply enjoyed sitting in the backyard enjoying the peace and quiet.

Recently had the pleasure of visiting some family in Franklinton NC which was about 20 mins from Debra’s location. Debra is absolutely amazing! Super responsive and very knowledgeable and friendly. Her place was immaculate. Perfect location and although it’s an attached condominium community it still offers the right amount of privacy. The designs of her layout provided a serene atmosphere to relax. I would 1000% recommend this property for those in town or out of town. Definitely will book again the next time I visit.

The stay was absolutely perfect. The space was clean and we were truly able to relax. The check-in and checkout process were really easy. It was just really hard to find the bikes and lockbox and figure out the parking and getting into the building. Otherwise, it was absolutely amazing especially the bathroom. We will return if we decide to visit Raleigh again.

We absolutely loved our stay at B’s place! This listing gives you access to one bedroom in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment complex is quiet and the kitchen was well stocked. Perfectly located for Dreamville Fest (20 min drive) with multiple grocery stores nearby, the apartment was impeccably clean, featuring high-quality towels and sheets. We especially enjoyed the private balcony with tree views for morning coffee. B was a fantastic host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend!

Loved staying here. Came for Dreamville Fest but the location was so great that I’ll be planning another trip just to stay here. It was the best place. Can’t recommend enough.
