Ein sehr schönes kleines Apartment ein wenig außerhalb von Linz. sehr gut erreichbar mit dem Auto. Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind über ein Wochenende geblieben und uns hat nichts gefehlt in der Wohnung. Falls es uns noch einmal nach Linz ziehen sollte, würden wir hier noch einmal übernachten.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und flexibel. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber - alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Perfekt für meinen Aufenthalt. Schöne, ruhige Gegend. Parkplatz inklusive. Ich komme wieder, wenns passt. Klare Empfehlung.

Skvělá komunikace, vstřícný přístup, pohodlné postele, všude čisto. Prakticky vybaveno. Moc hezké knížky o Znojmě a okolí i beletrie dokonce i v angličtině. Také společenské hry k dispozici. Možnost uschovat kola. Blízko centra a cyklotras. Děkujeme a rozhodně doporučujeme.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for our party of 4. It is conveniently located a short walk from the Metro station and tram stop with connections to the city. There are a couple of supermarkets close by too. Beds were very comfortable too. Stefan was an amazing host, super fast in responding to messages and even when we had an issue with hot water it was fixed within minutes. Would highly recommend and we’ll stay again if we’re ever back to Vienna.

Le logement était très propre et suffisant pour mon conjoint, ma fille de 15 mois et moi-même. Les hôtes ont gentiment mis un lit bébé à disposition. Nous n’avons pas eu de problème de bruit ce qui était très appréciable car nous avons très bien dormi! La literie est également de très bonne qualité. Nous n’hésiterons pas à réserver à nouveau ce logement lors de nos prochains séjours à Vienne!

Not just a place to stay. We felt very much part of a "Family".. Christian was so Kind, answered all questions, provided a map of immediate neighbourhood (Bakery, grocery store, coin wash, etc.), mentioned tram tickets...and best ways to use them to get around. Was often there after or before hours to help, called a taxi on last morning, despite foot injury. Above and beyond Hosts! Very nice to have safe in Apartment as in others, Service to Change linens and towels once a week!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt bei Simon! Er hat total schnell geantwortet und war super nett, danke nochmal, dass wir flexible einchecken konnten. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, da sie zu einem Innenhof rausgeht, haben sehr gut geschlafen. Hatten alles, was man braucht!! Lage ist auch gut. Wir waren mit den Rädern in 10 Minuten in der Stadt. Die Lage der Wohnung selbst ist in einem nicht ganz so tollen Viertel, aber wir waren eh die ganze Zeit unterwegs. Kommen gerne wieder - vielen Dank nochmal !!!

Very friendly host and a very nice apartment.

Apartamento limpio, cómodo y muy tranquilo. También cuenta con varios supermercados muy cerca. Hay que coger transporte para llegar al centro pero hay tranvía, metro o bus.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Man ist innerhalb einer halben Stunde im Stadtzentrum. Die meisten Zeit war es sehr ruhig, sodass man abends das Fenster offen lassen konnte. Das Check-in hat super funktioniert und auch beim Check Out hat alles geklappt. Astrid ist sehr lieb und freundlich. Wir haben sie beim einchecken nicht getroffen, aber sie kam extra nochmal im Laufe unseren Aufenthalts und hat sich bei uns vorgestellt. Kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich … sie liegt in einem lebendigen Viertel mit vielen Geschäften, Cafés usw. Da wir mit dem Zug angereist sind, hat uns vor allem die ausgezeichnete Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gefallen. Egal wohin man möchte, es kommt immer eine Straßenbahn, ein Bus, ein Zug… Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen!

We had a lovely stay and felt like at home. Flat is spacious, safe, clean, bright and situated in a quiet residential area. Host is very responsive and accomodating. I would stay here again as it was very comfy.

The apartment was great; modern, stunning views (above the roofs of Vienna) and centrally located right outside the first district. Wilfried was super friendly and very responsive—when the apartment got a little cold we could call him and he instantly increased the temperature. It is definitely worth to rent again next time we’re back.

Dieter war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Komme gerne wieder.

Everything as in description. Great apartment

Simon ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und liebenswürdiger Gastgeber. Er war stets erreichbar. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht. Die Wohnhausanlage hat uns gut gefallen. Sehr ruhig durch Lage zu einem kleinen Innenhof hin, zu dem auch der kleine Balkon geht. Die Lage ist ideal. Das Innere Wien ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten auch bzgl. Öffis sehr verkehrsgünstig. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants, Cafés. Wir waren meist im Café Propeller frühstücken. Supermarkt ist auch um die Ecke.

Très bel appartement,moderne, très propre, bien aménagé et équipé. Literie au top. Tramway juste en face, métro à 10 minutes, bref transports facilement accessibles. De plus, Delia est très réactive pour le moindre conseil,avec en prime de petites attentions pour notre arrivée. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Bylo to jedno z nejkrásnějších ubytování. Velmi příjemný prostor plný pozitivní energie. Vše krásně vonělo a bylo celkově příjemné. V kuchyni nadstandartní vybavení - třeba pro ty, co rádi vaří. Také se mi líbila poloha apartmanu - hned kousek od náměstí a přímo naproti Husova parku. Parkování v přilehlých ulicích zdarma. Možnost wellness, které jsem ale z časových důvodů nestihla využít. Pro mě největší plus, že jsem si s sebou mohla vzít pejska, pro které bylo na místě také vše připravené. Byl to perfektní pobyt v nádherném městě a navíc v Oaze klidu člověk cítí opravdu naprostý klid. Moc děkuji hostitelce Martině.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist auf das Notwendigste beschränkt. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit guter Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Bezüglich des Stellplatzes für das eigene Auto empfiehlt es sich, umliegende Parkhäuser zu nutzen, da nur Anwohnerparkplätze vorhanden sind.

Tara was a super host! She responded quickly to both chat and phone calls whenever I had questions and made us feel like VIP's, not like a customer. What my wife and I really appreciated is that there were plenty of coffee pods, toiletries, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, etc. We've stayed at Airbnb's where we've had to replenish the supplies ourselves, got only 1 coffee pod for 2 people, didn't have trash bags, only hand towels (no bath towels), etc, however Tara provided enough supplies of everything, so that we didn't have to worry about finding a store to buy these items and instead we could just enjoy our stay. Highly recommend Tara and her place for anyone looking in Vienna!!!!!!!!!!!

Schöne Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Guter Standort mit Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Strassenbahnhaltestelle quasi vor der Tür und ca. 5 min zu Fuss zur U-Bahn Station). Freundlicher Empfang beim Einchecken. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und kann die Wohnung von Sylvie nur empfehlen.
