Wir waren zu zwölft 2 Nächte im Haus. Etwas besonders angenehmes ist, dass es im Ess- und Wohnbereich genug Platz für uns alle gab, sodass wir gemütlich zusammen essen und sitzen konnten. (:

Nádherné místo k odpočinku od každodenního ruchu. Ubytování skvěle připravené od ručníku až po třísky do krbu. Okolí chaty je vhodné na dlouhé procházky nebo jízdu na kole. Kolem dokola vedou rovné lesní cesty nádhernou přírodou. Vřele doporučuji navštívit 😍

Ubytování a komunikace v naprostém pořádku. Do centra je to 10-15 minut chůzi. Pokud přijede vice vozy musíte počítat s parkováním jinde.

Ein super idyllisches Landhaus, in sehr ruhiger Lage mitten in der Waldviertler Natur. Wir waren zu siebt in dem Haus fanden alles vor, was wir brauchten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geräumiger, als es von außen wirkt. 100 % Empfehlung.

Ruhige Lage, perfekt mit Hund im angrenzenden Wald.

Die Wohnung erfüllt alle denkbaren Erwartungen. Wir haben zuvor noch nicht in einer derartig vollständig eingerichteten, modernen Ferienwohnung gewohnt- alles ist da: Mikrowelle, 2! Kühlschränke, Spülmaschine, Kaffeevollautomat, Gläser und Geschirr für jeden Zweck in mehr als ausreichender Zahl, voll ausgestattete Küche in der auch viele Gewürze und Verbrauchsmaterial (etwa Tabs für die Spülmaschine) zu finden waren. Dazu Kleinigkeiten als besonderer Service: ein Nachtlicht, Wattestänchen und Kosmetikpads im Bad, vier große Regenschirme in der Garderobe… Alles mit Sinn der nd Verstand schön eingerichtet. Kurzum: alles bestens. Aber das Highlight war für uns im Januar: der schöne Ofen, mit dem man es sich richtig gemütlich machen konnte. Wir waren nur zu dritt, die Wohnung hat aber acht Schlafplätze. An dem Tisch in der Küche könnte es da schon mal eng werden- aber ich bin mir sicher, dass Jitka auch dafür eine gute Lösung parat hat.

Wieder einmal ein paar ruhige Tage im Waldviertel verbracht. Leider war das Wetter sehr verregnet. Dafür war es im Haus umso gemütlicher. Und dem Pudel hat der große Garten trotz Schlechtwetter gut gefallen.

Great place to stay, eaay access to city, quiet location. Spacious house, modern interior and very clean. Host very friendly and proactive contact to nske sure everything OK. Recommend this place if you want a beautiful rural stay within easy access of city.

Ubytování se nám moc líbilo, parádní završení léta, ocenili jsme krb a venkovní posezení na pečení špekáčků, bazén i vnitřní pěkné prostory. Děkujeme a rádi přijedeme zase.

"Amazing stay! Natalie's place was the perfect getaway for my friends and me. The house was spotless, cozy, and located in a quiet neighborhood with great access to sports and recreational facilities. Natalie was an incredible host, always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house was well-equipped, including everything we needed for our pet. Mogę spokojnie polecić pobyt w domu u Birgit i Heinz. Bardzo mili ludzie, oferujący dom w spokojnej okolicy, świetnie wyposażony i przytulny, w atrakcyjnej cenie. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem a zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Jest prywatny parking a stacja metra jest jakieś 8 minut spacerem. W domu, wbrew opisowi, jest ciepła woda :D zdecydowanie mógłbym tam wrócić przy następnej wizycie w Wiedniu!

Bolo to veľmi zaujímavé ubytovanie, páčilo sa nám tam veľmi,cítili sme sa tam dobre. Veľmi zaujímavá architektúra,malo to svoje čaro,miestami sme mali pocit,že sme niekde na hrade alebo kaštieli. A spoločenská hracia miestnosť bola naozaj mega. Každopádne príjemná skúsenost, odporúčame.

Wir waren zwei Pärchen und haben den Aufenthalt bei Michi sehr genossen. Unkompliziert & lieb 😊 Die Dachwohnung ist urig und gemütlich mit einer kleinen Küche, die alles hat, was es braucht ☕️😊 Selbst den grossen Garten hätten wir mit nutzen dürfen. Wir danken Michi und seiner bezaubernden Hündin Ani sehr und freuen uns auf einen nächsten Besuch in Purkersdorf.

About 35 minutes from Park and Ride Leopoldau in Vienna. Big, clean and cozy home. Surround sound in the living room, HUGE television (bigger than the pics). Board games and chess table. Amazing Sauna. In April the pool is not open, currently the wooden bench with the green plants around it in the backyard is gone. The cute red and white poolseats are gone as well... So, the backyard has less things than given in the pictures. BUT, inside you got more things than advertised: airfryer in kitchen, radio embedded in the ceiling in some rooms, 2 homemade jam, the lights in many bedrooms and other rooms are dimmable! Good for people who are sensitive to lights or want to create a cozy atmosphere. The colorful windows in the bar are powered by light as well, giving a cozy and cool effect! Parking is easy. Bakery nearby. Host lives across this home, so if there are problems you'll get it fixed quickly! I had problems with the heating downstairs, but kind host Erik came to fix it quickly!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, eine hübsche kleine Oase zum Ausspannen und Wohlfühlen. Man fühlt sich willkommen und hat gleichzeitig Privatsphäre.

Amazing place to stay! Very cozy, warm and clean. Ernst is very welcoming and responsive. Really felt at home, would come again, and defiantly recommend.

Erster gemeinsamer Urlaub als junge Familie. Super Unterkunft und Umgebung um abzuschalten aber auch Ausflüge zu planen.

Strávili jsme tu pohodový velikonoční pobyt; krásné místo i možnost výletů do okolí, měli jsme k dispozici i velikou skvěle udržovanou zahradu s potůčkem. Dostatek prostoru pro 2 rodiny (9 lidí) se psem. Trochu jsme se obávali strmých schodů do podkroví, ale nakonec to nebyl žádný problém. Kuchyně plně vybavená, koupelny nově rekonstruované, vše čisťoučké a voňavé. Velmi děkujeme a rádi se zase někdy vrátíme!

Superschönes Tiny House mit allem was man braucht. Herrliche Umgebung und schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse aus. Perfekt für Ruhe Suchende, um die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ubytování u paní Jany bylo úžasné pro odpočinek , klid ale také skvěle na procházky a poznávání okolí. Paní Jana i s manželem jsou milé lidi a ve všem vyhoví a poradí a když potřebujete tak pomůžou. Všechno bylo super od milého přivítání , prohlídky až po ukončení ubytování. Je to skvěle místo, cítili jsme se tam jako doma. Kuchyň čistá , vybavena. Detailing dřeva , krb , terasa venkovní tak vnitřní. Děkujeme , určitě se vrátíme !

Bydlení bylo útulné, v klidném koutku. Za humny Českých Budějovic i s dobrým vlakovým a autobusovým spojením.

We loved staying in Mamadou’s flat when visiting Vienna for a few days. It was bright and airy and beautifully decorated. Mamadou was very helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend. Thanks Mamadou!
