Our Hideaway Loft Rooms are tucked right at the top of the house, offering a cosy, private space away from the city buzz. Please note these rooms are accessed via three flights of stairs in our characterful Georgian building (no lift), so they’re best suited to guests comfortable with stairs. Rooms feature a comfortable double bed, modern ensuite with walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, TV, and tea and coffee facilities including a coffee machine — perfect for a relaxed city stay in the heart of Liverpool.

Nestled back from the main Mumbles Road, sea-facing, and literally, a stone's throw from the sea, with the benefit of easy access to local amenities and the natural outstanding beauty of the area. The en suite- rooms are large and individually designed. All offer baths with separate showers Juliet balconies. This room has an amazing panoramic view of Mumbles bay, the local village & Oystermouth Castle. Not for the fainthearted,3 flights of stairs Local shops, bars & restaurants are plentiful.

Tony & Chris (and their 3 doggies) invite you to come stay in their home and will give you a very warm welcome. This lovely, spacious room is a double, but can be increased to a triple with a comfy portable Z-bed if needed. Brohedyn is a large Victorian villa situated in the village of Adpar, part of the small market-town of Newcastle Emlyn. We also have another luxury double/triple rooms potentially available with shared shower room, and a Grand Superking Room with private luxury bathroom

'Pebble Beach' a King size bed in a king size room

Pebble Beach is 1 of 3 rooms in our rural, country Inn. Along with the king size bed there is a pull out single. This first floor room in the Coach House has external stairs, there is an ensuite bathroom and all the comforts you would expect, and a little bit more. Continental breakfast: provided in a hamper for your room, or use the dining room in the hotel which is included in the price.

Queen Bed Studio + Lazy-Spa

With beautiful mountain views and private enclosed garden this is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. A Queen size bed is hidden behind a unique vintage petition separating the sleeping area from the entrance and kitchenette. A 2 person Lay-z - spar included for private use in the private garden!

Room No:3 Double Room at Bryn Berwyn

Our only non ensuite room located just off the first floor stairs. It has its own private bathroom directly opposite with a shower, toilet and sink. It is chic and cosy with a coastal colour theme. Continental or cooked breakfast is available at £15 per person/day. Dogs are £15 per stay.
